Jungkook's POV

As soon as Yoongi walked in, visibly tired but still with his usual calm demeanor, I knew it was time for me to leave. Jin-hyung was already flustered, practically running into the bathroom after Yoongi-hyung's comment, and I wasn't about to stick around and make it more awkward than it already was.

"Now that my room is free, I guess I'll head back," I said with a grin, trying to keep things light.

Yoongi just waved me off, looking way too amused for someone who supposedly did nothing all night. "Yeah, yeah, get out of here, Kook."

With a quick nod, I grabbed my phone and headed for the door. As soon as I stepped into the hallway and closed the door behind me, I let out a breath I hadn't realized I was holding. That was close.

I made my way back to the room I shared with Jimin and Taehyung, hoping I could shake off the tension from the morning. When I opened the door, the two of them were already lounging on the beds, clearly still in post-party mode.

Tae sat up as soon as he saw me. "Yo, Kookie! Did you sleep well?"

I gave him a nonchalant shrug. "Yeah, slept fine."

Tae pouted, crossing his arms. "Lucky bastard. I had to sleep next to Namjoon-hyung, and he was snoring all night. I barely got any sleep."

I chuckled. "Well, who's to blame?" I said, pointing at Jimin.

Jimin, who was lying on his stomach, stifled a laugh. "Don't look at me, I never told you guys not to sleep here."

"Yeah, like we'd come back here after seeing you two leave together from the rooftop," I said, pushing my suitcase to the side.

"I didn't want to burn my eyes opening the door and finding you two in... a compromising position," Tae added, putting on his shirt.

"By the way, Jiminie," Tae started, raising an eyebrow, "you gonna tell us what really happened between you and Yoongi-hyung last night, or do we have to guess?"

Jimin's face turned bright red almost immediately. "W-What do you mean? Nothing happened."

Tae rolled his eyes. "Come on. We saw you two leaving pretty close to each other. So, spill it, Jiminie! No more lies."

I chimed in, grinning. "Yeah, or else I'll go back to Yoongi-hyung's room and ask him myself..."

Jimin groaned, burying his face in his pillow, but after a few seconds of teasing from both me and Tae, he finally gave in.

"Okay, fine!" he muttered, sitting up. His cheeks were still pink, but he was smiling, though there was something softer in his expression now. "After the kiss, I got shy... and I guess he noticed. So, he asked if we could talk privately, so we came here."

Tae and I exchanged glances, intrigued. "And?" Tae asked, leaning forward eagerly.

Jimin hesitated, clearly trying to find the right words. "Well... when we got to the room, Yoongi-hyung asked me about my feelings. He said he'd noticed I'd been acting differently around him, and I... I couldn't really hide it anymore. So, I told him the truth."

Tae's eyes widened. "The truth? You mean..."

Jimin nodded, looking down at his hands. "Yeah, I told him I've had feelings for him for a while now. But I also said I never planned to act on them because I respect him too much to risk ruining our friendship."

We both stayed silent for a moment, letting Jimin's words sink in. I could see how serious this was for him. He had clearly been holding these feelings for a long time.
