aanchal garg is a professional animator and a single mom. at 32, with a daughter who's eleven-year-old, she is trying to hold life together and give her daughter the best childhood she can. she didn't choose to trudge this path, but now that she had followed it, she was trying everything in herself to ace it.

devansh rastogi is a sports teacher of a senior secondary school and the sole guardian of his eleven year old nephew. parenting - he never quite had the perfect hang of it, but still handled it effortlessly somehow or so looked to his neighbours. given up on his dreams long ago, now only motive of his life remains to make the best out of his nephew's life.

one fall, they meet. bond over macaronis, boba tea and their kids. end up becoming each other's go-to person and best friend.

until one day something changes and they end up falling into a dilemma.

behind the words

for the readers of sipping sweetness, it's no mystery to how this book was born. i had written a snippet named 'men like you' and 'women like you' on a book of mine which is a collection of wholesome short snippets, it was then I decided it deserves a complete book. i couldn't stop writing aanchal and devansh and as it turned out, a book was born.
