Bin sprinted for a while before halting in front of two diverging paths. Frowning, he recalled Chan's instructions. "He said the right.. He seemed serious," he murmured to himself, steeling his resolve and heading down that path.

After a moment, he returned, speed-walking with frustration etched on his face. "How can I trust him? He's a demon; he must be lying." He glanced at the left path but hesitated, walking back to his original spot. A sad expression crossed his face as he let out a small sigh, lightly tapping his foot on the ground.

With uncertainty clouding his mind, Bin looked to the right and then to the left. He closed his eyes, feeling his wing twitch nervously. Clenching his fists, he stared ahead, trying to gather his thoughts.

"An angel has stumbled into our territory. Orders are to shoot her on sight," Lino muttered, adjusting his cap while speaking to the other soldiers, including Hyunjin. The group trudged through a dense field of weeds, aware the angel was expected to take a path leading onto a nearby road.

"A spy?" one soldier asked, glancing at Lino as they struggled to move through the field.

Lino grumbled, brushing off insects. "I'm so exhausted.." he muttered, stopping briefly.

"Spread out in pairs."

"Yes, sir."

Lino gestured for Hyunjin to join him. He frowned, mumbling under his breath, "Why couldn't this happen tomorrow.. I'm dead tired." He fiddled with his gun, trying to reload. Suddenly, Hyunjin tapped his shoulder, pointing ahead.

A figure emerged—a male angel with injured wings. "That's him. Let's go," Lino whispered, taking cautious steps, aiming his gun. Before they could fire, the angel vanished into the forest, looking lost.

The two ran after him, stopping just before the tree line. "Did we see that right?" Hyunjin mumbled, confused as they scanned the area.

Lino turned, spotting the angel sprinting through the field. "He's making a run for it!" They chased him through the weeds, but the angel was fast, darting ahead while they struggled to keep up.

"Stay still!" Lino shouted, attempting to fire but missing. Hyunjin groaned, panting as they pushed through the field. "That guy's too fast!"

Bin glanced back at them, noticing they had slowed, then continued running. Lino, out of breath, grabbed his walkie-talkie. "This is Lee Know. I need backup." He spoke between gasps, watching as the angel disappeared deeper into the forest.

Bin ran, his teeth gritted, feeling more pursuers close behind. "Why are they chasing me?" he muttered, panic setting in. Chan, Hyunjin, and Lino soon caught up.

The chase led them to a field—except this was a minefield. Bin, unaware, sprinted across, miraculously avoiding the mines. Lino's eyes widened. "But.. that place is packed with mines," he mumbled, gripping his gun tighter. Chan stood back, watching in disbelief as Bin leaped over a log, safely making it out of the danger zone.

"The fence is up ahead," Hyunjin whispered, exchanging a glance with Chan. Lino raised his gun, aiming at the angel, but Chan pushed it down.

"You two, take the left path. I'll go right," Chan ordered, and they quickly followed, fanning out.

As they chased after Bin, Lino kept trying to aim but couldn't get a clear shot. "That damned angel!" he growled.

Bin finally stopped, seeing a fence ahead, his face falling. He spotted a fallen tree that had broken part of the fence. Climbing over it seemed to be his only option.

Lino and Hyunjin skidded to a halt, eyes wide. "That angel's insane," Hyunjin mumbled.

"Stop! We won't kill you!" Lino shouted, waving his arms to catch Bin's attention.
