"Shit shit shit..!" the girl ran to her class, she was running late, like 10 minutes late. Which is really rare for her, because she's rarely late, sure she skips school sometimes but she was never late.

*Sliding door opening...*

"You're late, Ms. Mitsuya." The teacher said as she paused her lesson to look at the lilac haired teenager, "I know, and I am so-" the girl tried to apologize only to get interrupted, "after school detention." The teacher interrupted sternly. "But ma'am! I'm never late and I had to get my sisters to school can't you-" the girl rambled, trying to explain why she was late.

"Go sit down, Ms. Mitsuya." The teacher demanded with a stern glare, the girl could only sigh and oblige, she went to sit down at her desk. "Wow, y/n, I think this is the first time I've seen you late." Her friend, laya, teased with a grin. Y/n could only roll her eyes at her friend, "No talking in class. After school detention, Ms. Inui" the teacher announced. Laya immediately perked up, "what?! That's not fair- I wasn't- Yuko and suki are literally talking!" She argued back.

"No excuses, quiet down before I made it two days of detention." The teacher sternly threaten, Laya was furious but quiet down either way, she huffed quietly and perched her chin on the palm of her hand. Furrowing her brows as she 'secretly' glared at the teacher, yeah no the teacher did in fact see laya glaring at her.

"Did you talk to tiny?" Laya whispered to me, completely ignoring the teachers threat for detention. Y/n hummed and nodded as she turned her head towards her friend, "when is she coming back?" Laya questioned quietly. "She didn't say, but I can ask her after school detention" y/n answered with a smile. "Of course!" Laya giggled in reply.

Y/n felt a tap on her shoulder, she turned to look back at who tapped her shoulder. "N/n, can I braid your hair?" Suki asked softly with a bright smile, y/n nodded with a hum and looked forward again, she felt a small tug of her hair. "ouch.." she huffed quietly. "Sorry..!" Suki apologized, laya turned and furrowed her eyebrows at Suki in displeasure.

"You better be!" "Laya, cool it. It's fine" y/n interrupted with a soft smile, "it isn't! She pulled your beautiful hair" she argued back with a huff, y/n could only roll her eyes at her friend sitting next to her.

"yeah, laya, cool it. Suki didn't mean too" Yuko defended suki and crossed her arms, a ruler slammed onto Yuko and Suki's desks, "Talking! Detention." The teacher announced before starting to walk around again, Yuko and Suki huffed and Yuko rolled her eyes.

y/n let a sigh leave her lips and face palmed while softly shaking her head, unbeknownst to her, the boy in the next desk sitting across from her snickered, covering his mouth before the teacher slammed her ruler on his desk. "Mr. Haitani, what is so funny?" She questioned with a raised eyebrow and a frown.

"Nothing." Rindou replied and rolled his eyes, ticking off the teacher immediately. "You haven't done your homework yet, have you." The teacher questioned as she moved to stand in front of the boy. "Nope." He answered, "detention." She announced.

As the teacher walked away, Rindou glared at the teacher. Receiving a snicker from the girl sitting at the desk next to him, "what's so funny, y/n." He hissed, y/n rolled her eyes at the man before glancing away again. "Nothing." She muttered quietly in reply, the boy only clicked his tongue.
