[THIRD PERSON]

" so.. you woke me up at what? Two in the morning, just to tell me about your little date with haitani? "

The girl on the other end of the phone groaned tiredly. Having just woken up by a phone call at exactly two in the morning, just for her friend to tell her what had happened. "What?! No no- it's-.. it's wasn't a date, destiny..!" She huffed, the pout on her lips evident in her tone of voice.

"Uh huh.. and what makes you say that- *YAAAWWN* y/n..?" Destiny asked, getting cut midway by a very tired yawn. Making y/n groan on the other line, "it wasn't a date! I'm telling you, it was just for the project." She protested with a huff and furrowed eyes

"Mhm.. well I'm gonna go-.. I'll talk to you later" destiny said and hung out before y/n could protest or say goodbye. Making her freeze in surprise but huff and pout

*AT SCHOOL*

" WHAT?! "

y/n flinched as the baby blonde hair girl yelled out in surprise, making a few people look at the group.

"Laya! Shut up..!" Y/n hushed and nudged the side of laya. Making her jump slightly, a small light glare sent to y/n. "Okay so, you went on a late night date at a 24 hour cafe. You both finished the group project which just ended up to be a duo project." Her friend questioned.

"Yeah basically- wait no! No it wasn't a date! How many times do I have to say this?!" Y/n denied with light blush on her cheeks, making her group, minus Laya roll her eyes. "Yeah! It wasn't a date, Yuko!" Laya agreed immediately, not wanting to admit that it might've actually been a date.

"Oh really? You too Laya? Wow you two really are oblivious!" Yuko scoffed and crossed her arms, the group continued walking to their class, when getting there. They took their seats as usual, y/n let her gaze travel, her eyes landing on where Rindou usually sat when he came.

He wasn't here today.

What is going on with me?! Ugh, why can't I just let it go like I've done multiple times? It's so.. irritating!

"Hey! Lovebird. Snap out of it" Yuko nudged the side of y/n making her groan and pout at Yuko. Making Laya dramatically gasp and drag her arms around y/n. "You dare hurt the majestic beauty also known as Mitsuya Y/n?!" Laya exclaimed, making the other two, Yuko and suki shake their heads softly.

"Whatever.." suki sighed as the sliding door opened and in came the teacher. After they'd step in the bell rung, signaling the beginning of classes. Suki leaned to Yuko, "I heard there might be a new student, and he's like.. a year older than us apparently.." suki whispered. Yuko turned to Laya and whispered to her, "Suki said there might be a new student.." and Laya whispered that to y/n. Who only hummed and nodded in response

Class was in progress, and in the middle of the class, the sliding door opened. And in came Rindou and a guy with twin braids, "hey, we're here to pick up, Mitsuya Y/n. Is she in?" The braids boy said, you could only assume that his name was Ran. Being that Rindou and his brother are known as the Haitani brothers
