Brea
"Okay. Thank you.", I spoke over the phone to a hiring manager who turned me down!
It's been so many companies declining me and some hadn't even bothered to bring me in for an interview.
"You could always come work for me.....", Justin spoke as he pulled Juda's jacket off him at the front door.
It was now my week to have the kids.
"Really? I can have my job back at the company?", I asked excitedly.
Jaci and Juda ran off a few minutes ago after hugging their dad and I stood in the doorway waiting for his response.
His laughter was the first thing to come out of his mouth.
"What?", I asked becoming annoyed.
"You were fired! Hell nawl, you can't come back. What did you do anyways?", he asked, his laughter still coming out as he talked.
Rolling my eyes, I pointed at the door.
"Gone!", I demanded.
Placing his hand over his heart, he gave a fake pained look.
"Mama! You didn't even let me tell you the job!", he pouted playfully.
Justin and I's relationship was peaceful at times.
The times when they weren't peaceful, I would beg someone to help me.
His mood changed quickly and I wasn't the one who was going to sit around and be the one to receive his mood change.
He was a very violent man....
"No. I don't want to hear it-", I huffed.
"Come work for me at my home.", he interrupted.
Sighing, I looked him in his eyes.
"Doing what?", I asked.
"Being my wife....my little slut.", he spoke lowly as he stepped into my personal space.
I was in so much shock of his statement that I didn't even notice when he wrapped his arms around my waist.
Running his hands down to my ass and giving it a big squeeze.
"Please...I hate seeing you struggle.", he spoke into my ear as he bent down and gave it a lick.
Shoving him off of me with the quickness, I pointed at the door again.
"Leave now.", I deadpanned.
He gave a smirk before shrugging and heading out of my front door.
Slamming it shut as he turned to say something else, I locked it.
"Fucking asshole-", I spat.
"Ohhhh! Mommy said a bad word so that means I can say it! Juda, you are an asshole!", Jaci shouted from the leaving room.
Groaning, I shook my head and walked to where they were.
I thought about a distant memory....
I feel sorry for whoever he does make his wife....
I was hiding in the closet again as Justin destroyed everything in sight.
"Get the fuck out here, bitch! You texting smiley face emojis to other men!", he raged as he looked for me.
His anger was insane for something so small.
Silent tears ran down my face.
If I had my phone, I would have called the police.
