"Mr Kim," Jungkook called out, " Just because you accompanied me to Minho's school doesn't compel you to stay back. Why don't you take the day off as I said? Go home, get some rest."

There was a pause, a strange silence that seemed to stretch too long. Jungkook looked up, expecting some awkward gratitude or, at the very least, a gruff refusal.

"Go home? Yea sure,"

Jungkook smiled, nodding. After lunch,both were on the lift heading to the Ceo's room since Taehyung refused to take a day off.

"And yea, no need to push yourself so hard from now. We can stil-"

"Well, sir, i accompanied you to school today so..."

Jungkook couldn't process what was happening, Taehyung had stepped forward, a single swift movement that caught him off guard. The big brown eyes dilated, "so?"

"So,now you are the one coming with me."

That's all.

The last thing he remembered was Taehyung's cold gaze-as a sharp pressure hit at the back of his neck, and his world had tilted, spiraling into darkness before he could ever call for help.

2ND OCTOBER,2019.
KIM'S MANSION.

"Help!" Jungkook screamed, recalling what brought him here, wherever 'here' was.

He hasn't moved an inch since the mafia left. Why would he? Nobody came to offer him clothes or hand a plate of food.

'Guess, they glorify the mafia too much..'

And that's exactly when, the door opened without a knock and a tall man in black suit stepped into the room.

"Good morning. I'm told to guide you to the hall today."

'Its morning already?'

Jungkook blinked, straightening up slowly as the man jerked his head toward the door, clearly impatient.

"What for?" Jungkook asked, his voice hoarse out of tiredness.

"Just get moving," His voice was gruff and devoid of sympathy.

The CEO knows these men too well. Seeking favour or offering money won't work, for these men are highly faithful to whoever they are under.

'Dogs.'

The man seemed to notice the cuffs and stepped closer.

"Need help?"

The only answer was a click sound as Jungkook jerked the cuff to the left, as per Taehyung told him last night, indirectly telling the man to back off.
