it was noon, the sun was up high and blazing down at a small boat that can be seen floating around aimlessly on the middle of the sea, just following the directions of the waves.

and a certain female can be seen in the said boat, it seems that she was currently troubled with her current situation.

the female let out a frustrated sigh and looked directly up at the raging sun that instantly blinded her vision so she covered her eyes seconds later.

"no food, no drink, no island near by, and also the sun's killing me! could it get any better?!" the female huffed in annoyance because of her life choices. "this is all i have... a loaf of bread, at least it's not molding yet..."

what's that? a seagull with a news paper? after the seagul's shadow went past her it had caught her attention! she, of course was somehow interested in what the papers would say since it had been 4 days exactly since she had heard from humanity....

she looks at the loaf of bread in hand contemplating about what she was going to do next.... because she doesn't have any money to pay for the newspaper, she had another thing in mind on how to get that newspaper.

with all her force and without more hesitation, she threw it- she threw the bread hitting the seagull making it lose balance, loosing it's grip on the news paper that landed on her face as the seagull squawked out a complain and annoyance towards the female. the seagull left after giving her a hard time trying to keep the news paper in hand, scratching her with it's claws and pecking on her head continuously.

"im so, so, sorry seagull! I'll pay you back next time if i do see you again!" the scratched up female exclaimed with guilt towards the seagull that flew away and replied with with an annoyed squawk towards her way and left.

"now, let's see what today's news is about! i hope it's something good since i just replaced it with the only edible food left that i was supposed to eat!" she frowned as she started to look at the news paper, what caught her attention immediately was the cover of the news paper.

"that strawhat kid defeated another shichibukai!! doflamingo doquixote is defeated?!" she exclaimed in disbelief and amazement... she continued to read through the paper with admiration and respect for the strong teenage boy.

"that was the only interesting news? oh well! i guess it was sort of worth it in exchange for the bread? well... that poor seagull did caught the bread before it hit the sea, so i didn't exactly steal that news paper.... i throw sorta "fed" that bread as payment for the seagull in exchange for the news paper, at least one of us got to eat and that at least i did somehow pay for that news paper...?" she talked to herself, she would definitely look crazy from afar because of this.

"wait, wait! uwah! it's a half empty bottle of water i saved up incase! i completely forgot about it since it's been a day since then!" she beamed when her hand dug through her bag to retrieve the bottle of water instantly chugging it all down.

she sighed in relief as she relaxed, wiping off the dripping water on her chin, "that's definitely way better than starving!" she grinned as she kept the bottle of water for future using purpose.

a couple of minutes later the sun rays were now getting more hotter by the seconds, it felt like hell. she was there sweating as she fanned herself using her hand, even though she was just wearing a simple short dress it was still torture, even her sweat was instantly evaporating!

"this is torture! when am i gonna see an island?! my beli's are completely useless out here in the sea, i have a ton to be spent and nowhere to spend it on!" she groaned as she searched her bag for maybe some more useful things she could use.

so far she had found; her wallet full of beli's, a lighter, a notebook and pen, paper, a plastic bottle, a mini transponder snail, two books, ink, perfume, cotton balls, bandaids and bandages, hair brush with a mirror, a butterfly knife and a revolver filled with bullets and a few bullets somewhere.

she blinked her eyes twice, as she deadpanned while looking inside her bag... she took out a book, 'anatomy 101' she sighed and decided on to read the book to pass the time with until maybe a boat of fishermen's pass by or until an appearance of an island.

after a while of reading she had noticed that the sun had already began setting, still no island in sight... she sighed, began to stomach rumble. "i guess half a of a bottled of water didn't cut it...." she pouted and layed her head on the edge of the boat.

"it's getting colder" she shivered, hugged her own body and putting on her jacket near her bag, yet still it didn't stop her from feeling the cold breeze of the sea salt wind. it's getting more colder as the moon was finally on view.

the moon was shining down at her and reflected on the sea, which made the scenery look beautiful. she rubbed her hands together and using her breath as warmth, she glanced up at the moon that was seemingly looking back at her. she turned her attention back to the sea in which she noticed light!

it was coming from the south! that means an island is a few kilometres away, she grinned widely and excitedly but composed herself. "who's territory am i at?" she curiously asked herself as her body shake from the cold.

"mhm, I'll have to find out in the morning then.. time to hit the hay!" she smiled widely, using the newspaper as something she could lay on instead of the cold wood of the boat. she relaxed her self as she hummed a small tune untill she succumbed into deep slumber.
