!!

It was the tiger toy, placed precisely in the middle of the shelf, Jungkook reached for it, his hand trembling as he picked it up. As his fingers brushed against the worn fabric, a strange sequence of lights flickered across the wall. A hidden panel clicked open, revealing a keyboard that had been cleverly disguised as part of the bookshelf.

Kook approached the keyboard. He was scared but the desire to uncover the secrets of this room was too great. He looked down at the toy, now in his hand, and then back to the password prompt. The tension in the room was palpable, the air thick with anticipation. He took a deep breath and, on a whim, typed in the only numbers that came to mind: Tae's birthday. The screen beeped in response, the red light above the keypad flashing a stern 'error'. Disappointment washed over him, but he wasn't deterred.

He pondered for a moment, his eyes darting around the room, searching for clues. Then, He decided to try their combined birthdates. The screen went dark for a split second, and he held his breath, his heart racing. The screen again beeped in response but this time there is a green light flashing the password is correct.

Kook's eyes grew even wider as the shelf parted, revealing a hidden chamber behind it. He took a step back, his heart hammering in his chest like a caged animal desperate for escape.

As the shelf continued to glide open, the space grew larger, revealing a big room, a room filled with strange contraptions, maps, documents and newspapers scattered across the floor. There was a table in which a large map of the town, covered in tiny annotations and symbols is placed. His mind raced with questions. What was Taehyung hiding in here?

He stepped into the room, His chest tightened with each step, the walls lined with more bookshelves that stretched up to the ceiling..

He took a deep breath, steeling himself against the fear that threatened to overwhelm him. He had to know. He had to understand why Tae had kept this from him, why he felt so trapped. His eyes scanned the documents, his mind racing to piece together the puzzle before him. His hands trembled as he picked up a dusty leather-bound book, its pages yellowed with age. As he opened it, a slip of paper fell out, landing softly on the floor. He bent down to pick it up, his heart fluttering with excitement and dread. The paper contained a hand-drawn map The spot was marked with a single, crimson 'X'. It was a clue to his past, a beacon in the darkness that had enveloped his memories for so long.
He searched the desk drawers, his eyes widening at the sight of maps, letters and files. He didn't understand much as it was all about the company details but the name of the company caught his attention "jeon enterprises". He knew that name. It whispered to him from the shadows of his forgotten past, a memory that felt almost tangible but remained frustratingly out of reach.

His eyes fell upon a stack of old photographs, and as he picked one up, a sharp pain shot through his head. The images were faintly familiar, yet he couldn't place them. The room spun, and he had to sit down, the weight of the unknown pressing down on him like a thick fog.

The photos depicted a life he didn't remember. A mother with the same gold hair as his, a father with a warm smile, and a younger sister with mischievous eyes. They were happy, surrounded by a world that was not this garden, not this town. A sense of loss washed over him, a deep ache that seemed to resonate in every fiber of his being. His head throbbed, and he rubbed his temples, trying to make sense of what he was seeing. Kook felt a sudden surge of determination well up inside him. He had to find out about this.

As he delved deeper into the secret chamber, his eyes fell upon a stack of newspaper clippings, yellowed with age and brittle to the touch. His heart lurched as he saw a picture of a family,  The caption beneath the picture read: 'The Jeon Family, victims of a tragic fire'. His head spun, the room closing in around him as The photos of the mansion felt so familiar. The articles spoke of a blaze that had ravaged the Jeon mansion, leaving no survivors.
