Jane drank a glass of cold water to soothe her throat. She fanned herself to relax and avoid bursting out at the police station. The two male constables cleared their throats to announce their presence, and they appeared to be a little scared right now. Why wouldn't they? They saw live women's empowerment activists in the same room a while ago and are afraid the crazy woman will lose her mind again.

Jane looked to her side and stood, "Sir, will you register our case or not? "That disgusting bast*rd touched a little girl; I would have skinned him alive if I had not trusted the law." She huffed, agitated, and anxious.

"The head officer came out of the interrogation room, where an accused was withering in pain after being punched several times in the face, and said, "Ma'am, we understand what you are saying. But we need evidence. There was no CCTV in the area where you allege he misbehaved with the girl. And let me tell you, ma'am, by the looks of this man, I doubt I will have to charge you as well. You even beat him up in front of us at the police station. Look what you did. Everything is a mess here. I am just letting you go because this is a serious matter, and the girl has not said anything; she did not say the man touched her inappropriately. I am trying to handle the situation and would appreciate your cooperation and patience. How do you expect me to work if you are going to cause a commotion?"

"Not only did he misbehave, but he also forced himself on that girl. I have already told you everything. ARE YOU GUYS FEELING UNCOMFORTABLE SAYING THAT? SORRY I DON'T. I have to punish that bast*rd for what he deserves. But what do I hear from you? no evidence, no cctv. So, what should we do then? Release him, even if he is the culprit?"

"Can't you speak low? You are scaring the girl. The officer showed her the girl, who was seated at a safe distance and kept her head down the entire time.

Jane approached her, kneeled down in front of her, and rested her hand on her head. Her eyes welled up, and she realized her immature behavior had scared the little soul. She felt sorry for her and exited the station for some fresh air.

Jane's heart was pondering against her wall. What she felt at that moment she can't express, or she thinks she can't convey. She has a lot to say, but she does not want to talk. She is exhausted not physically, but mentally. She felt exhausted and wished to stop.

"Ms. Jane should be here. I feel trapped."

"With you, I feel that too," Vivian said, receiving a murderous look from Natasha.

They were right now in JD'x. They came to meet with the XNX Boy Band PR team to set up an interview, as instructed by their team leader Jane Cameron, who is currently unavailable.

"Hey Natasha, how are you? So good to see you, after so long." Riyaz greeted his high school friend Natasha, who returned the greeting with a friendly hug.

"Riyaz? When did you arrive? I thought you were still abroad managing your father's business." Natasha commented.

"It has been 2 years I have been here. My brother is handling the business. I came here to learn. Now I'm the manager of the PR team, and when I saw your card that you're coming for an appointment for an interview, I thought to meet you."

"Good, good, good." Natasha laughed heartly and turned to Vivian, who just shrugged his shoulder.

"Riyaz, he is my colleague, Vivian Shah."

"And Vivian, this is Riyaz Khan, my schoolmate."

Natasha introduced the two boys, who greeted each other with a handshake before Riyaz led them into the office.
