Chapter 2

𝗙𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗢𝗩

It was been a few weeks since the start of this form, it has mostly been about getting used to the school, getting to know my teachers a little. Ya know, all the boring stuff.

I really like my first class with Ms. Smith because i get to sit next to my crush, Avery.

I really wanted to invite her over to my house one time over the weekend but ive always been too scared to ask.

Every class when we talk with eachother i get the urge to ask, but i never do. Im too chicken to ask.

I assumed today would be no different. Go to class, have a conversation. And again, never ask.

Its not like i was going to take her to my house and kiss her, though i really want too, i want to give our friendship a little while. Plus i assume she is straight so..

God, i hate being Lesbian sometimes. You fall in love with straight girls. It sucks!!

I walked into class as usual, got in my seat in the back of the classroom.

"Hi," Avery said as she sat down a few moments later.

"Hi," i said.

"So, how was your weekend?"

"Boring, how about yours?"

"Same, it was pretty boring."

Wait, i think i have an opportunity to ask. Is this like asking her out? is that what this is concidered? What if she says no?

"Do you wanna hang out at my house on Saturday?" i ask.

"Yeah!"

She said 'Yeah'!!!!!!!

𝗔𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘀 𝗣𝗢𝗩

Today i was going to hang out at Floras place, Flora was a really cool and kind person. One you want to hang around.

I was still in my Pajamas, Red plat pants and a black t-shirt. Very basic.
But it was not what i was wearing to Floras, obviously.

I believe Charlie was also going to a friends house, i assumed it was the movie thing he did at Taos like every week.

I went to the kitchen to grab breakfast.

"Your going to your friends in that?" Mom said, sounding disgusted.

"im gonna get ready after i eat," i said, grabbing grabbing a bowl and the cereal.

"Where even is this friends house?"

"Around the other side of town, i can walk there though its not that far," i respond.

"Alright, Charlies going somewhere too so you gotta drop him off."

"But Mom-"

"I dont wanna hear it," She said and left the room.

I ate my cereal and went back to my room to get ready.

I was wearing a plain black sweater with baggy dark blue jeans with small holes at the knees. Along with regular black tennis shoes.

I brushed my hair out, then i was ready.

Went to my room, grabbed my phone then went to Charlies room because i wasent going to wait forever for him to hurry up.

I opened the door, Charlie was laying on his bed, on his phone.

"Mom says i have to drop you off at wherever your going, you ready?" i said.

"Yeah i just have to put on my shoes on," he said and got up from his bed.

I left his door open and went downstairs by the door.

"And where are you going?" Tori said from nowhere.

"Friends house," i said, i was already used to Tori being suddenly there out of nowhere, it happened a lot.

"And who is this friend?"

"Just someone from school."

Then Charlie came downstairs.

"Alright, lets go."

I opened the door and we headed out.

"So where are you even going?" i asked as we started walking.

"Friends house."

"Which friend? Tao?"

"No, ill show you where it is when we cross it."

"Okay."

We walk in silence, it was pretty cold out, i shouldve layered more. Its too late now.

"This is it," Charlie said after a while more of walking.

"Oh, this is where im going too i think," i went to check if this was the house, and it was, "Yup it is."

"Oh, well thats convenient."

We walked up to the door and i rang the doorbell since i was closest to the button.

Then the door opened.
