I drop my bag on my chair and flinch when I hear my glass water bottle break. A few faces turn towards me and I pick up my backpack to see it dripping water.

The teacher, Mr. Anderson, lets out a sigh, "Terra, grab the paper towels and clean it up before class starts." I nod and mumble an 'okay' as I grab the paper towels. I glance towards the door which was still wide open. In two minutes, the door would close and whichever student didn't make it would get an extra assignment from every teacher.

I glance at the clock above the door. He had only a minute and thirty five seconds left. I bite my lip out of nervousness. It would be my fault if he got extra work. I had sent him to get my gym bag from my locker. As I clean up the water on my chair, I think about what he would do this time. The last time this happened, he made me do all of his assignments.

I'm pretty sure he won't do that again since he got a C- on all of them. I hear running footsteps and I turn my attention back to the door. Suddenly, a figure appears and I grin at him. He was slightly sweating and as he comes towards me, he throws my gym bag onto my head.

"Finally. I was scared that you'd get extra work and you'd make me do it," I say as I toss the paper towels into the garbage. We watch as it goes in and cheer.

"I had something else planned this time," Sebastian states as he plops down onto the chair behind me. I turn around, wanting to tell him about my latest score in Rocket League, but the teacher stops me. "Eyes up front, Terra."

I do as he says and lean back in my chair. I hear Sebastian whisper, "What do we have next?" I place a hand in front of my mouth and whisper back at him, "Gym. That's why I asked for my clothes, dumbass."

I hear him settle back into his chair and watch as Mr. Anderson takes a seat on his desk for attendance.

"Markus Aiden?"

I look to where he sat and see him sleeping.

"I'll just mark him as absent since he's not exactly with us right now. Terra Brendon, I already saw you..." He jots something down on his paper. As he goes through the list, I take the chance to talk to Sebastian. There were quite some people left until his name gets called.

"Yo," I begin as I turn around. He leans forward as I continue, "Imagine not being able to score 51 goals in 3 minutes." He gives me a look of disbelief, "You expect me to believe that? You were probably just playing against bots." I laugh, "No, real people. And it was a 3v3, I scored all."

He scoffs, "How sweaty." Before I could make a remark, Mr. Anderson butts in. "Sebastian, I've called your name four times now." Just as Sebastian's about to apologize, Mr. Anderson looks at me.

"You're such a distraction. Go sit next to Nycole." I let out a groan as I pick up my bag and look at Mr. Anderson innocently, hoping he'd change his mind. He crosses his arms and I walk across the room to sit next to Nycole. Thankfully, I was friends with her. I glance at Sebastian who had put his head down and I turn to talk to Nycole.

"Yo," I say to her. She smiles as she moves her backpack from the seat where I was going to sit.

"You need to shut up in Anderson's class," she says as she turns to me. I furrow my brows at her, "Why? You don't want me sitting here?" She smirks, "That's right. You're a fucking chatterbox. Everywhere you go-"

She gets cut off by Mr. Anderson's booming voice, "Terra. Stop talking to Nycole!" I let out a sigh and put my head down. All of a sudden, I felt like playing basketball. As he finishes up the rest of the attendance, we sit in silence. I take out my phone and hide it beneath my desk. Since I had my head down, I shoot a text to Sebastian.
