   "We've arrived!" The Captain yelled

Ann, laying on her side, jumped up from the loud announcement by the captain, she slowly pushed herself up from her seat and stretched.

"Morning." Ann said to the captain as she opened the door of the cabin.

"Morning," he replied.

She examined the port.

It was gloomy, foggy, chilly, and the air thick. The wood of the doc was slightly rotted and moist, Ann contemplated stepping on it.

"Uh, where are we-?" Ann stared, confused.

"Better get a move on now!" The captain interrupted.

Ann had regretted not asking for any information about the mission, but she had been afraid to seem irritated, as if the mission was an issue. She had waited this long to be assigned to one after all.

Ann noticed Leon standing back towards her, examining the land as well.

She walked over to him, still upset by the squabble they had last night.

Leon heard her footsteps and turned around. "Glad to see your up. Took you long enough." He said dryly. Ann gave him an annoyed look.

"Good morning to you too." She sighed.

Ann looked at her surroundings, a forest with a path leading deeper into the greenery unknown.

"Let's go." Leon said suddenly.

Leon and Ann walked off of in the woods ahead of them.

...

The forest was muddy and moist. The tall, bushy trees covered the sky. Making it feel like night. Leon and Ann's boots splattered

in the mud as they walked, the leaves and branches in their ways, tripping by them and stumbling them. Leon was ahead.

Ann took a sip from her water jug that was attached to a sleeve on her waist holster. I wasn't hot, rather the opposite. The more they walked through the woods, the colder and gloomier it got. The agents had already been walking for hours, their legs ached them and their feet were sore. Ann and Leon hadn't talked the whole way

"How do you know where we're going?" Ann finally blurted. The second they started walking, Leon had walked off. Almost leaving Ann behind. So she stayed quiet and had let him lead.

"Can't you see I've been using a map this whole time?" He said back, irritated. Not that Ann probably had any to do with it.

Traveling through the dense forest wasn't really a fun task.

Ann put her water jug back in its place.

"Yeah but we've been walking for hours!" Ann groaned.

"You think we would get there in five minutes?"

"No but...where are we going anyway?" Ann muttered, catching up to him.

"The file said they were located in a hotel close to here. That's an abandoned port that we just arrived at. The agency had located it." Leon replied, looking back at her.

"Close?" Ann questioned sarcastically.

Leon ignored her comment. He then reached in his pocket and hand her a few papers, pictures. While keeping his view ahead.

There was a picture of a luxurious building, a photo of a man and woman, a photo of a teenage girl around 17, and a picture of a teenage boy around 15.

Ann immediately thought of Tarah observing his age.

"Kidnapped?"

"Not sure. They just disappeared. People stopped hearing from them. Which is completely unusual for them."Leon said.

"Couldn't they have lost signal, they're on vacation." Ann asked, confused.

"...There's something else going on." Leon said, tensely.

Ann took a deep breath.

They had been walking for so long.

"What's their name?" Ann asked, looking at the photos, lightly tense.

"The woman is named Jessica. The girl is named Lily, and the two boys are named Theodore and Eric." Leon replied.

"Which ones are which?"

"What?" Leon questioned, confused.

"Which one's the older one and which one the younger one?"

"Theo is the older one," Leon said.

"Oh."

"Are you just gonna keep asking questions?" Leon had a hard expression on his face. "Why didn't they tell you anything about this mission anyways?"

"I don't know. It's my first mission I think that's why." Ann paused "I honestly should have asked, but I had been waiting ten years for any mission. I didn't wanna make it seem like I was being bothered. It all was so sudden too."

"Map says to turn here" Leon interrupted

Ann gave him a look.

Leon looked at her for a second.

"It's obviously some test. To see how well you'll do. You've trained for ten years. You'll be fine."

Ann handed back the pictures.

"Hey, what about our bags in the boat?" Ann asked, suddenly remembering them being left in the boat.

"Where are we going? A fashion show?" Leon says annoyed.

"Then what was the reason for packing, we could carry medical supplies, food, water, and extra clothes. You never know what we could need."

"You carry that around then."

Ann glares at him. 'That smartass! How dare he...! I hate him. Especially because he's right...'she thinks to herself.

They heard a loud rustle to their right.

Without fail, They immediately took out their guns and pointed them in the direction. No further noise was heard.

"False alarm?" Ann suggested

"Yeah, I guess so."

The two continued to walk.
