"The thing about Dauntless, is the adrenaline rush someone experiences on a day to day basis. The excitement of feeling your own heart beating out of your chest as you soar through the air.

Knowing your life could be taken from you at any moment. It was the best feeling in the world..."

The sound of trains rushing past always sent a wave of joy through the woman running next to the machine. She knew she could never outrun it, that never stopped her from trying though, every night to be precise.

Running on top of Dauntless buildings, a short woman. Dressed in all black, with messy, short, blonde hair.

Her hands propelling her across the edge as she jumps to the next building, a loud laugh escapes her as she lands gracefully. Years of practice had helped her perfect each one.

She could make these jumps with her eyes closed if she really wanted.

With the wind hitting her face, and the cheers of the guards that patrolled their faction, she never felt more alive. More at peace.

Her legs carry her as fast as they could, with each leap, and flip, her heart thumped heavily against her chest. A wild smile on her face, her mind finally still, even if it was for a short moment.

Whoops of glee escape her as she reaches the last building, her feet on the very edge as she huffs, catching her breath.

The moon was still high in the sky, and the stars sparkle, telling their stories to all those who paid attention.

Pushing her hair back the woman sits, swinging her legs back and forth. She remains sitting until she could no longer hear the train, a sign it was time for her to head back.

Falling backwards she swings her legs up, landing perfectly on her feet. Making her journey back, the sound of her heartbeat was music to her ears.

Not slowing her pace she jumps right into the hole in the roof, her arms and legs out wide as her back hits the net. A boisterous laugh escapes her as she is bounced back up.

Silently making her way back to her apartment to shower, and hopefully get some sleep before the next day begins.

"Hello everyone". The blonde woman walks into the med bay, the door slamming behind her causing the few patients, and nurses to look.

Dressed in black skinny jeans, with black combat boots, and a thin belt, her gun secured on her hip. A dark green almost black button up that was a size too big tucked into the waist of her jeans. With the first two buttons undone showing her collarbone.

Her sleeves were rolled up to her elbows, and she wore a skinny watch, the top half of her hair was pulled into a small ponytail. A huge stack of files in her arms.

A chorus of hello's filled the room, all new potential members of her team. The medical bay in Dauntless was a very competitive work force, and only accepted applications from the top five graduates from initiation.

And then, half of the time none of them passed the training that they have to do to even be qualified to work in the medical field.
