Chapter 8. Serena's last attempt to saving Inuyasha and the lost memories.

Time was of the essence Inuyasha's body was fading rather fast. The spell that was placed on him was no longer working.

The spell had weakened he had already used the resurrection potion on someone else and now he was living on borrowed time.

Serena's mother came to give him a chance to leave or stay.

Serena emotionally felt angry and upset, but she begged him not to go, to give her one more chance she had one more suggestion one more thing she'd like to try, and if it didn't work out, he may go if you still feel like going.

Inuyasha looked at her serious eyes. So, he knew he couldn't leave he turned around and said what did you have in mind. Serena smiled so happily that he didn't go.

As she ran up to him and kissed him super hard or tried to, she was praying with all the magic within her she could free him or do something to change his fate.

As he held him, she was slowly beginning to glow herself. As Ikuko watched her daughter perform she was channeling her magic within herself.

The silver crystal works through both of them. Inuyasha's body and spirit are reconnecting. Ikuko was surprised by this point.

So, were her father and brother. Inuyasha's spirit disappeared completely from sight.

Everyone was screaming about where he had gone, this bright light happened and everyone assumed, that Inuyasha crossed over, her dad said it looked like he was gone.

Serena freaked out worried about this, had she overdone it, she worried that she had overdone it. She called out to him many times, but he didn't come back she didn't see him.

As everyone keeps looking around for Inuyasha's spirit. They were looking around the rooms, the ceiling, and everything else, but the one place they didn't look was down.

Inuyasha's soul was gone now but not because he was gone or banished or crossed over, he returned to his body. Inuyasha's eyes opened for once in his life. He returned to the living after all. He was united with his body at last after all this time, and his spirit was free for so long and the two were now reconnected. 

Ikuko smiled and said well-done Serena for overcoming my test and trusting in your own powers, the others have let him go, and he has been saved, you were able to do the impossible but because of your love and determination is what brought him back, he is now returned to the living, he's a live once more. "I am so proud of you my girl, Said Ikuko" smiling happily. 

As Serena looked surprised, but it worked at all. She had never used so much magical powers before other than using the sliver to fight against evil, and this was a first time in a long time she used it for healing reasons, but she was worried it would end him, but she was able to surprise even herself, she brought him back from the dead.

As her mother said her work here is done, and then flew off into the night.

Sam and Kenji watch her leave. But Serena finally realized that Inuyasha's eyes were awake. Inuyasha slowly moved on his own again. His body's legs and arms were moving too. As he lightly stood up his body felt warm, and he felt lost and confused.

Serena screamed out his name. Inuyasha's eyes finally landed on Serena's face. She hugged him and said thank God the spell worked your back; I brought you back to life. Inuyasha lightly pushed her back from his body. 

As he was confused and this surprised him. "What---!!! what's wrong Inuyasha? Asked Serena" confused with his behavior all of suddenly. "Who---!!! Who are you? Asked Inuyasha" confused with this girl who was touching him. As he was trying to remember himself completely.
