Chapter 8

Loki's pov:

I scoffed, knowing exactly where X-5 is going.

"Let's go." I told Y/n, as we run to our next location.

"Oi! Oi!" We hear a moment later, as we were waiting for X-5 to get here. I looked around the corner to find X-5 standing right in our trap.

"Where's the rude boy off to?" The decoy we set up for him had said. "Where's the fancy lad going off to, then?" X-5 turns around and slowly passes by some other decoy men. "Did you lose your tickets to the opera? Did ya? Oh, goodness! All right where you going?"

"All right. Oh, God." X-5 had responded. "Let's just hold on a second. All right? Relax." X-5 grabs a bat from right behind him and starts swinging it in the air close to the decoys "Back off. Hey. Back off."

"Whoa!" The decoys pretended to look scared and backed off a little bit to not get hurt, bringing their hands up in the air.

"Hey! Back off." He told them all once again.

One of the decoys stepped up right in front of X-5 as according to plan. "Oh, you're the tough guy, huh?" All of the other decoys were cheering in unison.

X-5 tries to hit the decoy in the stomach and to no avail, it goes right through him.

X-5 stares for a moment, confused before we both walk out of our hiding spot.

I sighed "So unsophisticated, X-5." He turns around and spots the two of us.

"Of course." He grunts and throws the bat.

"You doing your own stunts now?" Y/n added, making us both smirk.

"Real cute, real cute." X-5 rummages through his pockets, pulls out the TemPad and before he can push any buttons, I flicked it away from his hands using my magic, making it fling the opposite direction. X-5 sighs in defeat. "You quit with the magic and fight fair!" He spat, before turning around trying to take off again. I teleport right next to him in the crowd of decoys, and he trips over me, falling on the ground "Oh, shoot!"

I sighed, putting my hands in the pockets of my pants. "It's not a fair fight."

He grunted, getting up once again, running the other direction, as he turned his head around, he saw me once again and tried the other way, but to no avail, he saw me once again as I teleported back that way, finally cornering him into a brick wall on the side.

Y/n and Mobius came up on ether side of one of my variants, looking very pleased we finally cornered him.

Just for the fun of it, I put two shadows of myself on the brick wall as the light was shining perfectly on it, and both Loki's on ether side of him held him off from going anywhere.

"I didn't do anything." He looked from me, to Mobius, to Y/n.

"Yeah, but why'd you run?" Mobius asked, catching his breath. "A little over the top, don't you think, all the, shadow play?"

I turned around to look at Mobius and Y/n "I thought it was spot on." Then made the other two variants of me, disappear.

"All available analysts report to the Chronomonitor.." We heard the PA lady as we were waiting for X-5 to get into his new suit.

We see him walk out of the elevator with B-15 and another minuteman, holding him by both arms on ether side.

We all wave at him innocently as he came closer to us.

"Suits you." I said as B-15 and him stop within a few feet from us.

He scoffed "You must love this."
