It was a quiet afternoon at Thomas and Taylor's house. The afternoon sun gently illuminated the living room, where the two were comfortably lying on the couch. Taylor had her head resting on Thomas' lap, who was playing with his fingers through her hair. A sense of peace hung in the air. They were enjoying this calm, unhurried moment after so many hectic days.

— "I love these moments with you," Taylor said, looking at Thomas with a smile on her lips.

— "Me too, Tay. It feels like time stops when we're like this," he replied, leaning in to kiss her forehead.

Before they could sink even deeper into tranquility, the front door suddenly opened. It was Kendall, full of energy, crossing the room with a wide smile on her face.

— "Hi, couple!" Kendall exclaimed, throwing her bag on the couch. "I missed you guys so much!"

Taylor laughed, sitting up to make room for her sister-in-law. Thomas, for his part, just nodded, already used to Kendall's vibrant energy.

— "Hey, Kenny! Make yourself comfortable," Taylor said, patting the empty seat next to her. "How are you?"

Kendall plopped down on the couch next to them, sighing dramatically.

— "Oh, I'm fine, but I needed a break. And I thought, why not come hang out with my little brother and sister-in-law?"

Thomas looked at her, arching an eyebrow.

— "Little brother, huh?" he asked playfully. "I'm older than you."

— "Details, details," Kendall replied, waving her hand. "Anyway, what were you guys doing?"

Taylor smiled and shrugged.

— "Just chilling. We were thinking about watching a movie, actually. Want to join us?"

Kendall jumped up on the couch, excited.

— "Of course! What are you guys going to watch?"

Taylor and Thomas exchanged a look, still undecided.

— "We actually haven't decided on anything yet," Thomas replied.

Kendall put her hand on her chin, pretending to be in deep thought.

— "Okay, okay, I know!" she said, her eyes shining with excitement. "How about Dark Zero Thirty?"

Taylor laughed, immediately catching on to what Kendall was trying to say.

— "Oh, I can't believe you suggested that one!" she said, shaking her head, though a smile was on her face.

Thomas looked from one to the other, already knowing where this was going.

— "Really?" he asked, feigning tiredness. "You guys know I'm not a big fan of watching movies about missions I actually experienced, right?"

Kendall patted his arm lightly.

— "Oh, come on, Thomas! It'll be fun. We want to know your opinion on what really happened on that operation. It'll be educational!"

Taylor, who was still laughing at the situation, looked at him with pleading eyes.

— "Please, honey? I really want to know what you think of how they portrayed the mission."

Thomas sighed, defeated by their insistence.

— "Okay, okay. But I'm going to be very critical," he said, picking up the remote.

Start of the Movie: Comparisons with Reality

As soon as the movie started, the two of them stayed attentive, watching both the screen and Thomas' reactions. They soon reached the opening scenes, which showed the intense preparation for the mission to capture Osama bin Laden. Thomas kept a neutral expression, but soon began to make comments.

— "That's... almost right," he said, pointing to the screen. "The pressure was real, no doubt. But honestly, these guys are a lot more relaxed than we were."

Kendall watched him closely.

— "Really? They look pretty tense here," she commented, looking back at the screen.

Thomas laughed lightly.

— "Kendall, when you're on a mission this big, it's more tense than any movie can portray. Every second counts, and the pressure is overwhelming."

Taylor turned to look at Thomas, his eyes full of curiosity.

— "And what was it like for you? When you were there, knowing what was at stake?"

Thomas paused for a moment, thinking before answering.

— "It was... intense. We knew what we had to do and that we couldn't fail. But at the same time, training and preparation were all we had. You focus on doing your job and making sure your teammates are safe. There's no time to think about anything else."

As the film progressed, the tension grew. Kendall was completely absorbed in the plot, but she also didn't miss an opportunity to ask Thomas more questions.

— "Okay, what about this part?" she asked, pointing to a scene where the special operations team infiltrates the house where Bin Laden was hiding. "Is that how you did it?"

Thomas watched the scene carefully before answering.

— "Actually, yes. That part is pretty accurate. The infiltration was quick and precise, as it should be. But some of it is a little dramatized, for movie effect."

Taylor, who had been watching the action scene, intertwined her fingers with Thomas's, squeezing lightly.

— "I can't even imagine what that must have been like," she said quietly. "You're amazing for going through that."

Thomas smiled softly at her, squeezing her back.

— "It was a team effort. Everyone there was ready to do whatever it took."

When the movie ended, the lights in the room came back on, and Kendall leaned forward, clearly excited.

— "Okay, that was really cool! I was so excited to hear your thoughts on those scenes," she said, looking at Thomas. "So, overall, how was it? Was it true to life?"

Thomas shrugged, still maintaining his modest tone.

— "Some parts were pretty accurate, especially the infiltration and the tension. But like any movie, they had to dramatize some details to keep the audience's attention."

Kendall nodded, looking satisfied with the answer.

— "I understand. But it was still really cool to see that and think that you were there, doing all of that for real."

Taylor, in turn, hugged Thomas from the side, resting her head on his shoulder.

— "I knew you were amazing, but every time you share these things, I fall even more in love with you."

Thomas smiled, gently kissing the top of her head.

— "I just did my job. But I'm glad you guys enjoyed the movie."

Kendall looked at the two of them, clearly moved.

— "I'm so happy to have you guys in my life," she said, opening her arms for a group hug. "You guys are my family."

They laughed and hugged, with Thomas in the middle, holding his two favorite women in the world. It was a moment of togetherness and love, a bond that nothing could break.

After some time talking and laughing about the movie, they decided to order food and continue the night watching something lighter. Taylor put on a romantic comedy to contrast the intensity of Dark Zero Thirty, and everyone settled back on the couch, ready to enjoy more moments together.

As the new movie began, Thomas looked at Taylor and Kendall, feeling completely at peace. He knew that with them by his side, his life was complete, and moments like this were all he needed to be happy.
