"Sadly the computer likely won't survive the blaze, so we can't check the footage until tomorrow when we get my back up monitor" Chris states

I breathe a sigh of relief. We have 24 hours. 24 hours to make a plan, 24 hours to fix this, 24 hours to save our futures, my future.

"Until the camp is rebuilt we'll have to stay somewhere." Chris says as a huge cruise ship pulls up behind him.

I watch as everyone cheers and screams excitedly. I still feel my heart racing. The one time I break a rule the cops get involved. Typical.

I follow the others onto the cruise, pondering the future. Would we continue filming? Would I even be free to do so? I wander the halls of the cruise until I see a door with my name on it, coincidentally it also has Duncan's name right next to mine. We're sharing a room?!?! I think to myself. This was a horrible idea on Chris's part. My thoughts are interrupted by Duncan walking up behind me, he puts his hands on my hips, startling me.

"Hey princess" He says, pulling me into a hug, his hands still on my hips.

"I see Chris put us in the same room"

"Yeah, he did" I say, a little flustered from his hand placement.

We continue the hug in silence for a few moments, his one hand on the back of my head, the other around my waist.

"Duncan?" I ask as I look up at him

"Yeah Sunshine?"

"What are we gonna do about the fire?"

"We have two options, we either break into Chris's room and steal his computer or we sneak off the ship tonight and hide from the cast and the cops." He says, still holding me close

"Duncan, how would we do any of those?" I say, a hint of sass in my voice

"It's simple really, we sneak in through the window in Chris's room, you know he doesn't ever lock his windows. Then we delete the evidence. And if you'd prefer to run away, we drop one of the rafts off the side of the ship and we sail to shore. After that we find somewhere to hide"

I weigh the options in my head, neither one of them's appealing. Both are incredibly risky and could end really badly.

"We should take the computer." I state, trying to seem confident and failing miserably.

"Computer is is then." He says as he plants a kiss on the top of my head.

Hours pass and finally Chris falls asleep. Duncan and I sneak out of our room and creep towards the door of the ship. Once we finally make it outside, we run to Chris's window and climb in, careful not to make a sound for fear of waking Chris. Despite our best efforts Duncan steps on a loose floorboard, it lets out a loud 'Creak' Chris wakes up with a jolt and spots Duncan and I.
