Chapter 1
Mizuki's POV
"Konichiwa, watashiwa Mizuki Hale."
Wala akong kilala.
"Gomene," I bowed for an apology.
"Hi, I'm Mizuki Hale," I introduced myself.
Mizuki Hale. 16. Ipinanganak noong August 20, 1998 sa Kyoto, Japan. ¼ Japanese, 2/4 american, at ¼ pinay. Lumaki sa iba't ibang bansa tulad ng New York, Canada, South Korea, etc.
If you'll ask me why...
Well, you'll know it soon.
White Clan Academy, 4-A.
Bagong paaralan.
Another hell.
"Mizuki, is a transfer student from Chicago," wika ng guro.
"And she'll be here with us throughout the school year. So please take care of her okay?"
"So, where do you want to sit Miss Mizuki?" the teacher asked.
"Beside the window." I said forwardly. I really hate babbling.
"O-okay," she uttered. "You'll be sitting next to Miss Aaliyah."
"Thank you," I said as I walk towards my seat. I looked up straight, because I hate seeing people. Ate knows that I hate being with the crowd. I've been suffering for years dahil sa kalokohan ng ate ko.
"Uhhmmm..." the girl beside me uttered.
I looked at her.
"Hi! I'm Aaliyah Rodriguez. J" she said as she offers her hand for a shake hand.
I forcedly smile. Nakipagshake hands, binawi agad ang kamay ko at ibinalik ang tingin ko sa bintana to avoid more talk. You see, I hate babbling. It irritates my ears. I know it's rude, but I'm just not used to talk to people especially to strangers. (Well, I don't really talk to people, kilala ko man o hindi. Ate ko lang ang kinakausap ko.)
The teacher started talking about this, about that.
I don't care.
"As I said a while ago, there will be a club fare tomorrow. What club do want to join?" she said.
"Do you have a club for the arts? If none, photography will do." I replied.
"Tamang-tama. We have our Arts Club. You may also join the Young Writers Guild, wherein you can be the photographer for the school paper. You may join both clubs because the YWG is a special club." The teacher said with a huge excitement painted on her face. She's weird. Well, everyone in the class is weird.
"Okay," sa pagkahaba-haba ng sinabi niya, 'yan lang ang nasabi ko.
"So, what's your decision?" she asked.
