IT WAS TOUGH to get up that particular morning. Violet could remember everything from the hallucinations the das before, even the ones with her dad.
The dark haired girl had a picture of him on her nightstand and looked at him almost everyday when she got up to start her day.
She knew that the hallucination wasn't him, but despite that she had seen him one more time which gave her a little bit more piece.
Caroline and Elena had explained to her that the hallucinations had been broken because Jeremy had killed a vampire and activated his huntersmark. So in some way she felt responsible for the fact that Jeremy was a hunter now.
The girl got up from her bed and made her way down to the kitchen where she had some breakfast before she grabbed her dress and make-up and drove over to the Lookwood mansion.
Caroline had begged her to help her and Elena with the decorations for the Miss Mystic Falls pageant that was starting this afternoon. And Violet had agreed.
They were just preparing the table decorations when Caroline couldn't take it anymore and started asking, "Look, I'm your best friend and I would never pick sides but are you sure that this is what you want?"
The dark haired girl have her friend a questioning look while she fumbled with the flowers infront of her.
"Because Ethan is your soulmate-", Caroline quickly added and Violet shot her a pointed look, now knowing what the blond was speaking about. Caroline gave her a guilty looke before she apologized, "Sorry, picking sides."
Violet sighed deeply while she looked at Caroline, "It's not like I don't love Ethan anymore, but I can't deny any longer that ever since I turned my feelings for Damon have become more intense."
Caroline nodded, "Yeah, I know. Ethan filled me in on all the gory Damon details."
Violet's eyebrows shot up while she met Caroline's eyes, "He did?- Is he okay?"
