A lady was trying to wake up her daughter from the last 15 minutes but the brat was in the mood to get lectured early morning.
They were revealed to be Naira and Aarohi.
Naira stood at the corner of Aarohi’s bed, her hands on her hips. It had been a good 15 minutes, and her daughter still hadn’t moved an inch. "Aaru, uth jao beta! Aap late ho rahe ho, hospital jaana hai!"
Aarohi groaned, pulling the blanket over her head. "Mumma, thodi der aur... bas 5 minute!" she mumbled, her voice barely audible from under the covers.
Naira wasn’t having it. "Pichle 15 minute se 5 minute hi sun rahi hoon! Tum subah subah mujhse daant khana chahti ho kya? Aur jldi utho wrna hospital ke liye late ho jaogi"
Aarohi peeked out from under the blanket, still half-asleep. "Mumma, hospital ka naam mat lo aur subah subah lecture bhi mat do!"
Naira rolled her eyes and pulled the blanket off Aarohi completely. "Lecture toh abhi milega agar 5 minute mein tum ready hokar neeche nhi aayi to"
Aarohi sat up groggily, rubbing her eyes. "Okay, okay! Uth rahi hoon." She stretched lazily, clearly in no rush.
Naira raised an eyebrow. "Uth rahi hoon ya phir soch rahi ho?"
Aarohi sighed dramatically, swinging her legs off the bed. "Mumma, itna stress kyun le rahe ho? Main time pe pahuch jaungi. Hospital bhaagne ka competition thodi hai."
Naira shook her head, amused. " Jaldi tayaar ho jao."
Aarohi finally stood up, yawning. "Mujhe pata hai, pata hai. Bas thoda slow morning hai."
Naira gave her a soft push towards the bathroom. "Slow morning nahi, slow tum ho! Chalo, ready ho jao warna main tumhara breakfast bhi nahi banane wali."
Aarohi smiled sleepily, walking towards the bathroom. "Mumma, aapko pata hai na, aap meri favorite ho."
Naira shook her head, smiling. "Makkhan lagane se kaam nahi chalega. Hospital ke liye late ho gayi na toh tumhari khair nahi."
As Aarohi disappeared into the bathroom, Naira smiled to herself. No matter how much Aarohi procrastinated, she always managed to charm her way out of trouble.

“Listen to me, Kahani,” he interrupted, his voice firm yet gentle. “You are not an orphan to me. You are my family aur main tumhari family hun!!You are strong, talented, and you have a beautiful heart. Anyone would be lucky to have you in their life.”
“But Kairav-” Kahani started, but Kairav showed his hand.
“No ‘buts’ and 'ifs'! I mean it. You need to stop doubting yourself. You are enough just the way you are. I just love you the you are” Kairav took a deep breath, trying to keep his emotions in check. “I love you, and that’s all that matters.”
Kahani felt a wave of warmth at his words, “But sometimes I feel like I’m holding you back. You have so much to offer, and I don’t want to be the reason you miss out on anything.Kairav tumhe samajh rhe ho ?”
