The full moon lit up the room, casting dancing shadows on the walls. Prue was in her bed, wrapped up in blankets, but she couldn't find peace. Her thoughts were tangled in her mind, while a feeling of uneasiness assailed her. Slowly, sleep caught her, but the tranquility soon turned into a nightmare.
In a dream, Prue was in a dark and desolate place with an oppressive air that made her heart beat. The echo of a cry struck her like a punch to the stomach, and she immediately turned around, recognizing the voice: it was Paige. "Prue! Help me!"
Prue ran into the dark, looking for the source of sound, but each step seemed to take her farther. Her anxiety increased, and the darkness seemed to envelop her, making everything unrecognizable. Suddenly, Paige's vision appeared in front of her, lying on the ground, with a look of pain on her face.
"Prue!" cried Paige, lips shaking. "I can't move! Please help me!"
Prue reached for her, but an invisible force held her back. Fear took hold of her as she saw her wounded sister, a shadow of blood stained her shirt. "Paige!" She screamed desperately, trying to advance, but it seemed that the darkness was holding her back, making contact impossible.
"Please don't let anything happen to me!" Paige pleaded, her voice a fragile whisper in the dark.
"I won't leave you! I promise I'll help you!" Prue said, but the words seemed to fade away without reaching Paige.
"Prue!" she kept calling Paige as the darkness grew denser. "Wake up! it's just a dream!"
But Prue could not hear, trapped in a nightmare that oppressed her. Every attempt to move seemed futile. Fear grew inside her, while Paige's cry became more and more desperate.
"Prue, wake up! Please!" Paige tried to shake her, but Prue didn't react. The darkness had taken over his mind completely, and his voice was fading out, overcome with fear.
"Don't let it be the end!" exclaimed Paige, her eyes filled with terror. "Prue, wake up!"
But Prue didn't respond. Her body seemed stuck in a deep sleep, and Paige felt powerless. He kept shaking her, but couldn't wake her up. Tears ran down her face as anguish grew in her. "Prue, please don't leave me!"
"It's not real! It can't be!" Prue repeated in her dream, screaming. The darkness was closing in on her, and the dark figures were approaching, more and more threatening.
Paige, panicked, shook Prue even harder. "Prue! Wake up! It's just a dream!" but no answer.
With one last cry, Prue awoke in a sudden burst of heart. The darkness of the room was reassuring, but the terror she had felt in the dream still gripped her chest. She blinks, trying to recover, while the image of Paige hurt remained in her mind.
"Paige!" exclaimed Prue, "I had a nightmare! I saw you hurt!"
Paige squeezed her to herself, caressing her back gently. "Shh, I'm here. It's just a dream. Nothing happened to you," he said calmly, trying to reassure her. "It's just a nightmare, Prue."
"I couldn't wake you!" Paige complained, still shivering. "You screamed! It was so real."
"Prue, I'm here and I'm fine," said Paige, trying to calm the sister. "We can all do it together. Nothing will happen as long as we are together."
Prue stepped away slightly, looking into Paige's eyes. The sight of her sister safe and sound gave her some comfort, but the terror of the dream shook her again. "Excuse my reaction. I didn't mean to scare you."
"Don't worry, Prue. It's normal to be scared after a nightmare," said Paige, smiling. "Come on, let's get back to bed. I can sleep here with you if you want."
Prue nodded, Paige sat down next to Prue, and as they lay down, she heard the other's heartbeat, a familiar sound that calmed her.
"Thank you, Paige," said Prue, closing her eyes. She knew that even in the darkest of moments, love and bonding between sisters would always triumph.
