the shadow in the woods

It was a warm, sunny day, and the Halliwell sisters had decided to spend the afternoon in a nearby forest for a walk and relaxation. Nature was vibrant with life, with the birds singing and the scent of flowers spreading in the air. As they walked down a shady path, Paige felt particularly energetic. "Girls, I dare you to run up the old tree over there!" he exclaimed,

Prue and Phoebe replied in unison, "Are you sure you want to challenge us?" with a mischievous smile,

"Ready... go!" cried Piper, and they all started running, laughing and screaming as they pushed each other to get there first.

As Paige ran, a fleeting shadow moved through the trees. Unable to distinguish what it was, Paige slowed down, her heart beating hard in her chest. "Girls"

Suddenly, a demon emerged from the darkness, with eyes shining with malice. Paige tried to cast a protection spell on him, but her magic was no use

The blow was swift and brutal. Paige fell to the ground, shot and wounded. With a desperate effort, she tried to get up again, but the pain was unbearable. The darkness was spreading around her, and all she could feel was pain.

Meanwhile, Prue, Piper and Phoebe, realizing that Paige was no longer with them, stopped and started looking for her. "Paige! Where are you?" called Prue, the tone of her betraying voice grows

"We must find her!" exclaimed Piper, her heart gripping at the thought of not knowing where she was.

After a few minutes of searching, Phoebe came with a premonition.

Guided by Phoebe's vision, the sisters rush to a thicker area of the forest, and soon find Paige lying on the ground, pale and wounded.

"Girls..." whispered Paige, trying to smile in spite of the pain. "I couldn't... stop it."

"We found you!" said Piper, crouching next to her and taking her hand. "We must treat you now!"

Prue hurried to break her healing spell, while Phoebe checked around them to make sure the demon hadn't returned.

"Be very careful"

"Never"

"Not while "

"Girls, be careful".
