Azur Lane: The Tempest of Time

The scene glides over the turbulent waters, the sound of thunder echoing above as storms rage in the distance. An ominous clock ticks.

"War... yes, war never changes, in any era."

Multiple sailships traverse the ocean, their sails billowing in the wind.

"From the ages of discovery, humanity set sail upon the oceans with adventure in their hearts."

The screen erupts with the flash of cannon fire.

"But soon, those hearts were filled by a different desire, to conquer the seas."

The Sailships engage in fierce combat, flames engulfing those that succumb to cannon fire.

"However, the true enemy appeared from beyond the world."

The scene switches to the event of ww1 where many battleships can be seen battling each other, then suddenly in the middle of the battle multiple purple portals appear on top of them, and many unknown huge black ships with red neon lights around them drop from the portals to the seas. Then a humanoid figure emerges from the portal floating.

"The sirens."

It can be seen multiple humanoid figures Siren fired their energy beams, destroying both of the humanity fleets.

"With their vastly superior technologies, the Sirens easily pushed humanity from the oceans."

Flames and wreckage of the battleships fill the scene, highlighting humanity's defeat.

"There was no longer any place in the seas for mankind."

A flying white flag appears, adorned with a girl with flowing hair and a compass behind it in the color of blue attached to a pole and backing up slowly.

"To counter the unprecedented threat of the Sirens, humanity organised a global alliance named Azur Lane."

"Together, they fought valiantly against the sirens."

"Central to the formation of this grand alliance were the four major camps–"

"Eagle Union" shows a white flag with a blue bird carrying an anchor and a shield in a blue vertical strip pattern.

"Royal Navy." a white flag with a lion's head crowned in orange.

"Iron Blood." a white flag featuring a red sword or cross.

"and Sakura Empire." a white flag depicting a pink cherry blossom flower.

"with other minor factions such as the Dragon Empery." a white flag of a flying Chinese dragon

"The Northern Parliament." a white flag of a polar bear roaring.

"The Iris Orthodoxy." a white flag of an orthodoxy cross with flowers at the back.

"And lastly the Sardegna Empire." a white flag of a shield with a cross pattern surrounded with laurels.

The fire consumed the scene as shipgirls rallied against Siren.

"After a desperate struggle, the Azur Lane finally repelled the Siren onslaught."

"But as time passed, a heated debate emerged, causing a split."

The screen shows a world map, blue regions denoting Azur Lane and red for the new Crimson Axis.

"The Iron Blood and the Sakura Empire form a new alliance called Crimson Axis with their ideology being to utilising Siren technology to bolster their power against the sirens, with other minor factions join in such as the Sandegna Empire, and it even causes a split in the Iris Orthodoxy to which side they're on with the Vichya Dominion being with the Crimson Axis."

"While the Eagle Union, the Royal Navy, the Dragon Empery, the Northern Parliament, and the renamed Iris Orthodoxy (the Iris Libre) remain true to their roots in the Azur Lane alliance with their ideology of sticking with pure humanity technology."

"The tension rises as skirmishes break out with the Iron Blood disrupting the Royal Navy convoy and Sakura Empire spotted near the territory of Eagle Union. They knew war would be coming, civil war and it started with the Crimson Axis making the first move as the Sakura Empire surprise attacked the Eagle Union at Pearl Harbour, damaging many facilities, ships, and supplies for the Azur Lane, that later followed with the Sakura Empire ambush the Hornet Fleet but saved by the Royal Navy fleet nearby."

"But soon the table turned as the Royal Navy had espionage in the Sakura Empire and as they successfully extracted the Royal Navy spies, they managed to secure the dark wisdom cube and discover a dark secret that Akagi and Kaga are secretly collaborating with the Siren to construct a massive Siren battleship known as Project Orochi."

The scene shows Akagi talking to the Siren on top of Orochi.

"This continues with the Azur Lane intercepting a Sakura Empire plan of attacking Midway, but little do we know the Sakura Empire is planning a massive ambush on the Azur Lane fleets in the Siren mirror world, but that fails miserably as after that battle Akagi went missing and they lose the control of the Siren ships and the Azur lane manage to break out of the Mirror world and find themself teleported the north pole."

The scene changes to Azur Lane Fleet regrouping and the Sakura Empire retreating without the control of the siren mass-produced.

"Then the final battle of this civil war happened as Kaga disobeyed Nagato order and activated the Orochi, sailed it out of the base and Orochi launched a missile that destroyed an entire uninhabited island. Seeing the danger Orochi poses the Crimson Axis and Azur Lane agree to work together to fight their mutual foe."

The scene shows a combined fleet of Azur Lane and Crimson Axis fighting together against the Orochi and the Siren Fleet.

"As a final desperate attempt, the Orochi fired the missile toward the Azur Lane base but it was stopped by Enterprise intercepting it, and so the Orochi attempted to fire the second missile but it was stopped thanks to Enterprise destroying it with her special arrow."

The scene shows Enterprise Arrow crippling Orochi's ships.

"Afterward, to improve the relationship, Crimson Axis and Azur Lane agree to live together in the same base and with the Iron Blood Giving the Royal Navy a gift, an Aviation Battleship."

The scene back away shows a book open, revealing intricate illustrations of the story and the scene slowly moves to a green-gray-haired girl with a side bun, wearing a navy blue coat with a white shirt and a similarly colored navy blue waistcoat inside, a white ascot with a blue gem holding it around her neck, black pants, and cuffs with a gray rose pattern. She also wears a large blue boater hat with a bow attached to it sitting on a wooden chair holding the very same book in front of a group of Mutsuki Class.

"And that's where I came in."

and she gently closes the book.

"that happened? But we are still part of the Azur Lane." one of them asks

"Yes that has not happened, yet, but someday it will all be thanks to your evil Akagi-san, rah." Vertin playfully roars as the group of Sakura Empire children laugh at it.

"if that hasn't happened yet, how do you know it going to happen soon?" the other asks.

"Could it be you have the same power as Shinano-san to see the future?" the one behind asks excitingly.

"what you have the same power as Shinano-san?" another one asks as the group starts to murmur about it.

"Alright quiet down kids," Vertin said as the group listened and paid attention to her.

"To answer your question I do have the same power as your Shinano Sama but not quite." the group is awed by it but at the same time confused by it.

"Now then, do you want to continue to hear my story?" Vertin asks in a cheerful tone

"YEAH!!!" the group yelled in unison as Vertin happily took another book from the pile of books beside her and slowly opened the book.
