A/n hey! Not sure if anyone's reading this but... How was the first chapter? Kinda short just figured I needed to edit and add some soooo here's chapter 2! Like, vote, comment! :*
As I finally make my way down, my mother standing in the door, keys in hand looking as impatient as ever. "Do I have to go?" I say pleading. "Yes you have to go! It's your first day pumpkin! Sales excited!" sounding cheerier than ever, it made my stomach turn. Before we headed to the car I went to the fridge and grabbed and apple and my silver water bottle filed with savior for the day, blood. I took a quick swig and walked out the door towed the car.
Before I could realize Salem came out after me, he walked up and smacked me right on the butt I gasped, " ow! You ass! What if mom saw that?!" He just shrugged and got in the front seat.
The ride had been a lot faster than expected, maybe because I dozed off for a bit in the back. Saying good bye to my mother before hoping out of the care "come on my lady, we'll be late, we still have to get our schedule" I nodded in agreement, looking around to everyone already feeling the judgment. The school was large and looked very similar to a castle. All I could think was wow. Making our way in and into the "main hallway " to the right was the office to the left was the library and some class rooms. We walked takes the office to get our schedules and I was already being stopped by random girls asking me the usual "there's a new student, let's interrogate them" questions, "hi! Your new." I only nodded in reply trying to focus on keeping up with Salem. "Where'd you move from?" One girl asked, she was short with blond hair and piercing blue eyes. "Colorado" I shyly replied. We had finally made it to the office, and they waited by the doors, most likely to look at my schedule, typical, I thought. When we entered we were greeted by, who I assume was the principle, Mr. Driden. He didn't look like a typical high school principal, he was wearing jeans and a button down long sleeve with a bow tie and an Avengers lanyard. "Hello! You must be Salem and lyric? It's nice to meet you I'm principle Driden." He said offering his hand to shake. My brother smiled, and look his offer " hi yes sir That's us! Nice to meet you. We came to retrieve our schedules." I smiled and shook his hand but was to shy to say anything.
When we got our schedules, the bell had already rung. Thank the two girls from earlier had left. I sighed looking at my schedule, it was different from my old school we had different days a blue and a white day blue days I have, chemistry, drama class, history, and choir, and white days I have p.e., language, math, and drivers education. Today was a white day, so I have language first, joy. Salem grabbed my schedule, looking it over, "well I guess we have language together so we're going together maybe I'll sit next to you." He gave a wink that made me uncomfortable. "Well here's to day one" I said dreding the whole day to come.
