"Why did you come?" Asked Akina softly, "You didn't have to, I have it covered" you could see Akinas restless face as if that at any moment she would crumble into dust on the floor. "Yooo hooo!" Said Anika waving her dainty hand in front of Akinas face. "Thought I lost you there!Now come on we have to get the ramen before sundown or mother will get worried" Anika's smile was big,bold and bright her purple eyes filled with joy. But she didn't answer Akinas question because if she did it would reveal that she cared very deeply about her twin sister.
They were just about to reach the village as the sun started to decline from midday its warm rays becoming colder when a blood curdling scream filled the woods, travelling miles by the second. Akinas face was full of emotion knowing where the screams had come from Anikas beautiful purple eyes lost their joy and happiness her brows furrowed and her eyes began to water Akinas doing the same only there was never joy in Akinas Navy eyes and a rare smile. Both girls bent down without hestitation flicking off their sandals spinning through the air then banging against the pine trees surrounding them. Their feet made loud stomping sounds with every step they took, tears streaming down their faces,eyelashes clumping together in wet stickiness.
Suddenly a cold presence surged through the woods weaving between the trees creeping up their spines raising the dainty hairs on their necks . With a swift grab a clawed hand grabbed Anikas shoulder flinging her against the tree her coughing blood and a scratch wound invading her shoulder. "Say now little wretches! How did madam #2 not reach you yet? Well more for me then I guess." His murderous intent was so evil it could kill someone with a stare his unhumanlike black scaly hair and black haori and clothes made his evil shine through even more.
