"Let's go to the sniper station Shadow we can stay there and rest for a bit until Siren coms to train with us again." Lilly was talking to Shadow ones she was a few hundred meters away catching her breath.

The clouds where shooting rain down with high speeds making the leaves fall down to the ground at times. Lilly was completely soaked by the time she reached the foot of the tree.

Climbing up the tree with shadow hooked by her gear to Lilly's vest.

She was chilling in her gear as I was ratheling up those 150 meters fastly with the machine pulling me up.

In only 55 seconds is Lilly up on the platform. The wood was slightly wet by the rain that has been falling the past few days and a little ago when she was high on adrenaline running trough the forest she grew a big liking to. It was still slightly dripping between the leaves of the massive trees.

It was enchanting to watch the sun come up from that high point. The leaves flowing down to the ground the wind lightly guiding then around to its desired spot on the carpet of leaves. The wind was making its own painting with them, the canvas as big as the whole forest and everywhere Lilly could see around her.

After some time shadow layed down next to Lilly as she sat against the tree stam.

Laying his head on her leg as she slowly drifted into well needed sleep after not getting any this whole night.

Her head burried in the fur of the caring trained wolf.

Seeing the sun come up Zeke tried to lean on his arm regretting it fast.

Lifting it of the ground after feeling the pain shoot trough it.

He hissed quietly as he felt the pain shoot through his arm, but managed to stay quiet as tried to get up, using his other arm to push himself up off the ground and onto his feet.

He stumbled a bit, feeling a little unsteady on his feet, but he was able to keep himself steady.

Zeke's body felt heavy and tired from the lack of sleep, which was only worsened by his hangover. His mind and thoughts felt fuzzy as well, making it difficult to think clearly...

He looked up trough the windows of the base, seeing the sun rising, and groaned quietly.

Zeke started walking back towards his shared room, his movements slow and deliberate as he made his way to his room. Once he finally made it back, he stumbled into the room, collapsing onto his bed, still fully clothed, not bothering to get changed and without even bothering to get under the covers.

Within minutes, he was asleep, his breaths slow and deep.

It been two days. Lilly was avoiding everyone like she did normally to keep her anxiety and nerves under control. Siren had been training Lilly like every other day. Ethan was with Zeke and the rest of the team on a mission from the beginning of the day. Raiden and his squad was with them, both squads where getting information cause nobody was sure if the Black Cipher organization was completely gone. They had gotten intel a few months ago that they could be back, now they had to confirm that. Siren had dragged Lilly to the helicopter pat above the base to wait for the two squads to come back.

Siren was leaning casually against the edge of the roof, her arms folded over her chest as she looked out at the woods. Beside her, Lilly was starting to tap her foot on the ground impatiently, while letting out a loud sigh for the umpteenth time.

"Nerves or impatience?" Siren asks hearing her foot tap.

Siren really knows Lilly better as anyone reading her body language like a book.
