Have Queen Whitetail of the Vinewings! The skull isnt real, it's just tradition to have royalty wear them lol. She's a silly lil guy, and she's reallu young to be queen. Not by choice, but she's the only-child of the previous queen, who died. Her staff practically raised her lol.
She's actually a hybrid, but it's not obvious unless you look a her hooves and tail. The other tribe is a very close, neighboring tribe so it isn't as bad, as it is not against the law, simply looked down upon. However, now that the queen herself is a hybrid, hybrids are becoming more integrated into society. Vinewings and Pinewings are very close.
She's practically a child, but she can be threatening and serious when needed. After all, as royalty, and as a hybrid of Pinewings, who have much more natural defenses, she's really good at fighting. Royalty tends to have more 'white'(lighter colours) on their fur and scales, which is found to be one of the more 'rare' traits in the Vinewing society. They're more valued because they tend to die at a young age due to lack of camouflage, so having a lot of lighter colours on them are just considered respectable. She should have speckles on her back, but the artist was lazy and stupid, forgetting to draw them (*cough cough*)
