Saskia
"God Saskia, I swear you're obsessed with her!" Nova snaps.
"Nova, are you serious?" I laugh.
"What? You've literally not stopped looking for her all day!" she cries.
Oh my god, I cannot believe this.
"Yeah, well maybe that's because she's my friend and I'm worried about her! Because I know things you don't and I haven't seen her all day!" I glare at her angrily.
"Um... Sas... are you sure she's just your 'friend'?" Ayla asks nervously.
I freeze, blinking.
"What?" Nova's head snaps to look at me, eyes wide and... tearful?
No, who am I kidding, I'm seeing things.
I sigh, "No, we're not together, she's my friend."
"But, you like her, don't you?" she looks at me and then glances at Nova anxiously.
"I-" I stammer, but before I can reply, Nova's up and out.
"No... Nova!" I cry, alarmed, and Ayla looks at her, her eyes wide, and then she gasps softly, blinking away what also looks like tears.
What the hell is going on?
"I-I'm sorry Sas, uh, I'll catch you later, I'm going to go check on Nova!" she cries, before she's gone too, and I'm left there, alone.
What... just happened?
I sigh.
I'll go check on Nova later, but right now I honestly feel like she's upset with me and I have no idea why, so I guess I'll just leave her alone.
Ryleigh.
I stand up and scan the cafeteria once more, before grabbing my handbag and flinging it over my shoulder, walking out.
"Miss?" I stop by Miss Koie.
"Yes sweetie?" she turns to look at me.
"Um, have you seen Ryleigh?" I fiddle nervously with my fingers.
"Oh, which one sweetie? I know two." She chuckles.
"Um... Ryleigh-Grace? Ryleigh-Grace Allen-White?"
She blinks, "Oh, yes I know her. I always found it quite interesting, the two hyphenated names. Pretty name though." She chuckles softly.
I smile slightly, "Yeah, have you seen her?"
"I think she went into the library sweetie." She smiles at me.
"Okay, thank you!" I leave before she can answer.

I walk into the library and scan it for Ryleigh, but to no luck. I see the librarian and approach her instead. Maybe she'll know where she is.
"Miss, have you seen Ryleigh?" I whisper.
"Ryleigh Allen-White?" she replies softly, looking up from her own book.
I nod.
"She's in the upstairs library." She nods her head to the stairs quietly.
"Thanks!" I whisper, turning and jogging up them.
"Ryleigh?" I whisper shout as I get there.
"Oh... Saskia?" I hear a soft voice reply, but I don't see where from.
"Yeah, where are you?"
She peeks her head out from behind a bookshelf that she'd hidden herself behind, her crystal eyes tired but calm and her lips parted gently, her eyes finding mine and lifting her hand slightly to wave a little.
