This is Izuku's fraternal twin brother, Clover Midoriya. He believes in giving justice to everyone. His quirk allows him to shoot projectiles. So he likes to use a toy gun. Especially because he loves cowboys. His quirk's strength depends on how strong his sense of justice gets. He hates seeing his brother getting bullied. So he makes sure to stick with Izuku at all times.
