A month has passed since Exetior's defeat. The saviour known as Hyro was now living with his lovers, Amy and Vanilla, and Vanilla's daughter, Cream and her Chao friend, Cheese.
However...

On a pitch black new moon night, The Saviour received a dark vision...
Three failed machines fused into one...
The fused machine turning against the creator of it's components...
And all of the planet's heroes being destroyed along with the planet itself by this new machine...
Hyro was not going to let the world he fought to save be destroyed at the hands of this newcomer.
With one final embrace from his new family, The Savior set off to deal with this new threat.
One week later...
Which leads us to now...
In a dense forest on a cliff overlooking a heavily damaged fortress, a large silhouetted figure could be seen holding another smaller figure by the throat.
"Why... are you... doing this...?", A female robotic voice questioned between the two figures.
"Because I am the mightiest! I am now the mightiest in the universe! None will surpass me! I am a God!", A male robotic voice replied.
"Hmph! If you are a God, then I suppose that makes me a Devil... Now let the girl go!", A familiar voice commanded from inside the foliage.
The two then looked towards the source of the voice, revealing a pair of green eyes for one and a light shaped like a pair of eyes for the other.
"It's... you...", The female voice struggled to say.
"Nobody can stop me now. Not even you. Show your face so that I can watch it twist in pain and agony.", The male voice stated sadistically.
A small red ball of energy then appeared in the foliage, revealing a scowling Hyro holding up the energy ball with his pointer finger.
"H-Hyro... You're here...", The female stammered.
"So you are the one who defeated Exetior... You're nothing to me now! I have the power of Four Chaos Emeralds!", The larger figure shouted confidently.
Just then several trees splintered into pieces by a razor sharp wind, revealing a half-moon. It's light shined down on the three. Hyro's face gained a small cut which bled slightly before closing just as quickly. Hyro then saw that the female was a pink robot resembling Amy that was missing an arm and a leg. the one holding her by the throat was a blue and silver robot resembling sonic.

"Are you scared of my power yet!?", The blue robot questioned with confidence.
"Let the girl go now... I won't repeat myself...", Hyro replied calmly, wiping the blood off his face with his thumb.
"Ha! You want her? Then have her!", The blue robot replied, throwing the damaged Amy lookalike.
Hyro then caught the female robotic hedgehog and saw the enemy lunge towards him out of the corner of his eye.
Hyro then sidestepped the attack, while still holding the damaged robot.
"That was almost clever. I'll get to you in a moment.", Hyro stated bitterly to his opponent before placing the Amy robot onto a tree stump out of harm's way.
"Thank you...", The pink hedgehog robot stated.
"Don't thank me yet...", Hyro replied, turning his attention to the present threat.
"As for you, I'm going to make you three regret fusing into one.", Hyro stated bluntly
"Hmph! So you know eh? It's true... I am the fusion between Silver Sonic, Metal Sonic and Mecha Sonic. My idiotic creator believed he had created weapons to help him take over the world, but he had actually created the destruction of this world! Soon, I, Metallix will be the sole proprietor of this entire universe!", The now-named Metallix stated before cackling like a mad man.
"And you think I'm just going to let that happen? You're going to be the second false god I've defeated.", Hyro replied crossing his arms.
"Time to die!", Metallix shouted before lunging at Hyro, trying to punch the hedgehog.
Hyro easily caught the punch with one hand.

"I may not have the power I had when I defeated Exetior, but I can still crush a rabid beast like you...", Hyro stated, shoving Metallix back.
"Why you--! I'll crush you!", A now angry Metallix shouted.
"Tch! Do you get all of your lines from Manga villains?", Hyro questioned with a hint of snark in his voice.
Metallix then began rapidly throwing punches in Hyro's direction.
The ebony hedgehog dodged the wild blows gracefully and fluidly.
"I'll kill you! You're doomed! I'm the mightiest in the universe!", Metallix shouted as he continued to throw punch after punch. An errant punch was then caught between Hyro's elbow and knee, trapping Metallix's hand.
"Do you honestly think that saying all of that will make you cooler or something? All you are is a noisy lump of metal that must be defeated for the good of everyone...", Hyro stated with the same pride he showed when he battled Exetior.
Hyro then gave Metallix a stern headbutt, causing the robot to stagger backwards slightly.
Hyro then propelled himself forward and gave a hard knee strike to the machine's stomach area, followed by a spinning roundhouse kick to Metallix's back, pushing him into the ground.
"Is that your best?!", Metallix shouted as he pulled himself off of the ground and looked towards Hyro.
"It's strange... It felt as if I was striking myself just then...", Hyro stated to himself before looking back towards the scowling Metallix.
"What are you blabbering about?", The mechanical fusion questioned.
"I'm just now sensing a familiar energy emanating from you... An energy I have not felt or sensed for a month's time...", Hyro replied.
"What are you saying, worm?", Metallix questioned, growing impatient.
"If my assumption is correct, then you are in possession of some of the energy I dispersed over the world a month ago to purify it from Exetior's corruption.", Hyro replied, making Metallix flinch.
Metallix then lunged at Hyro again.
The hedgehog simply sidestepped the attack and plunged his hand into the robot's chassis. However Hyro's hand did not damage Metallix's Chassis or key components. It phased through them.
Hyro then removed his hand and was now holding a red orb of energy.
"My assumption was correct. I'll return this once I'm finished dealing with you.", Hyro stated towards Metallix.
Just then the orb channeled itself back into Hyro, confusing the hedgehog.
With a sudden flash, Hyro's fingertips and knuckles on his left hand became the claw-like protrusions they were during the battle against Exetior.
"What's going on?! You aren't supposed to transform like that!", Metallix shouted.
"This is unexpected...", Hyro stated while slowly moving his now sharp fingers, unsure on how to react to this.
"It doesn't matter how much power you have! I still have four Chaos Emeralds!", Metallix shouted, catching Hyro's attention.

Suddenly, A black bat-like wing appeared out of Hyro's back.
"Then attack me, construct...", Hyro simply stated with a scowl.
Metallix then launched a hard punch to Hyro's jaw.
Metallix then looked on with shock as Hyro was not phased in the slightest by the attack.
"Power is not everything. It's what you do with it that truly matters...", Hyro stated calmly while rolling his neck.
("This presence... it's overwhelming..."), The spectating Amy robot thought to herself, visibly shaken.
"And all I've seen you do is abuse your power... It is time to separate you...", Hyro added before grabbing Metallix by the face and slamming him into the ground.
"If you think I'm just going to let you separate me from this world, then you've got another thing coming freak!", Metallix shouted as he picked himself up and began charging up. With a flash, the blue parts of Metallix's body became golden.
"This is the end of the line!", Metallix shouted as he flew towards Hyro.
"Indeed...", Hyro replied.
Just as Metallix's fist made with Hyro's face, he vanished, confusing the fused machine. Just then, Hyro reappeared and hit Metallix across the back with an axe kick, sending Metallix crashing into the ground again.
"Stop toying with me!", Metallix angrily shouted, turning his arm into a machine gun and unloading bullets at Hyro. Hyro once again vanished.
"I admit that your current form is quite difficult to damage even in my current state.", Hyro's voice could be heard saying. Metallix then picked himself up and began pointing his machine gun arm, trying to get a bead on Hyro.
"However... You are more brawn than brains... And a faster and more deceptive opponent could easily just wait for an opening.", Hyro's voice said. Metallix then turned towards the Amy robot with his weapon pointed at her.
"You! Where is he?! You better not tell me that you don't know because I'll kill you!", Metallix shouted rapidly to the Amy robot, scaring the poor thing.
"Right here...", Hyro stated, appearing right behind Metallix, causing the machine to experience genuine fear.
Metallix then turned around to see Hyro balancing four jewels on his clawed pointer finger.
"Missing something?", Hyro questioned. Metallix's eyes went wide as he realized the gems Hyro had were the four Chaos Emeralds he absorbed..
The machine then looked at his hand and saw that it was returning to their normal coloring.
"When I said I was separating you, I didn't mean separating you from this world like I did to Exetior. What I meant was...", Hyro paused, seeming to consider what he was about to say.
"What I meant was that I was going to separate you from yourself.", Hyro concluded before making the Chaos Emeralds in his possession disappear.
Metallix had a panicked expression before he opened fire again with his machine gun arm. Eventually the fused doppelganger ran out of bullets.
Hyro then revealed that he secretly caught the bullets and let them fall harmlessly to the ground.
Hyro immediately grabbed the machine gun by its nozzle with his normal and crushed it. Hyro then placed his clawed/spiked hand on the top of Metallix's head.
The Saviour then channeled a small amount of energy into The Mechanical Hedgehog before tossing him aside.
"It is done...", Hyro simply stated before putting his normal hand in his pocket. A great red flash then came from Metallix.
Once the light subsided, there was now three robotic hedgehogs in front of Hyro.
The robot in the middle, a tall lanky Sonic robot with a single eye lunged at Hyro and began barraging the saviour with punches. The strikes had no effect on Hyro, who simply made a flicking motion with his clawed pointer finger and thumb.
Just then a gust of Razor Sharp Wind blasted the robot, completely ripping an arm and a leg to shreds. The robot was then flung into a tree by the wind.

The other two Sonic robots then held down the damaged robot and prevented him from moving.
Hyro gave a look of suspicion at this.
"What are you two doing?", Hyro questioned.
"This failure used us to make himself powerful and now he's going to pay!", A smaller Sonic robot that resembled Sonic the most out of the three explained.
"Your revenge will have to wait. I'm in search of answers.", Hyro stated.
"Why were you in possession of some energy I dispersed over the world to undo Exetior's corruption?", Hyro questioned interrogatively to the damaged robot.
"It must have accidentally channeled some of it through Mecha Sonic and reactivated him...", The Amy robot stated while trying to hobble over to where Hyro was.
Hyro then used himself to keep the damaged female robot upright.
"I see... It seems that I was a bit too careless with sacrificing my life force to undo Exetior's corruption...", Hyro stated as he lowered his head, feeling annoyed with himself.
The damaged Mecha Sonic was cackling like a mad man at this.
"The world will suffer you no longer. Your fellow machines may do what they please to deal with you.", Hyro concluded.
"Do what you will, Metal Sonic and Silver Sonic. But do nothing that threatens this world, understood?", Hyro questioned.
The two other robots nodded and then dragged off the damaged Mecha Sonic towards the ruined fortress.

The Saviour then let out a sigh of relief before kneeling and placing his clawed hand on the ground.
"What are you doing?", The Amy Robot questioned.
"Giving the energy back to the planet.", Hyro replied.
The Saviour then channeled said energy, causing Hyro's hand to revert back to normal and his wing to disappear.
"It is done. The world and my family are safe.", Hyro stated.
"You mean my normal counterpart, correct?", The Amy Robot questioned.
"Not just her, but also Vanilla, Cream and Cheese as well.", Hyro replied, turning towards the robot.
"So you were... intimate with Vanilla as well...", The Robot stated quietly although Hyro still managed to hear it.
"You sound like you know something, but first I would like to know who you are.", Hyro stated calmly.
"Alright... I'm a robotic clone of Amy Rose created by Dr. Robotnik as a way of thanking you for saving his life.", The robot stated.
"Unfortunately, what my creator does not know is I have memories of what happened between you and My normal counterpart in that cave...", The robot stated, hanging her head in shame.
"I see... I'm sorry if that discomforts you...", Hyro replied in embarrassment with a blush on his face.
"Although, I think I can somewhat help you.", Hyro added.
"What do you have in mind?", The robot questioned, raising her head up
"Just bear with me here.", Hyro replied as he placed two fingers on the robot's forehead. A bright sphere of red light then enveloped the robot.
Hyro then placed his hands into the pockets of his jacket and waited for the light to pass. A few minutes passed before the sphere dissipated.
The robot was now flesh and blood. She now had light grey skin, Green and black eyes, and actual pink quills and pink fur.
"This is... incredible...", The hedgehog stated as she looked at her new body. She then saw that her lost limbs were restored and that she was wearing actual clothes.
"Seeing you damaged like that was heartbreaking. So, I decided to both heal your wounds and give you freedom.", Hyro stated with a smile.
"What is my name going to be?", The hedgehog questioned.
"That's for you to decide... Not me...", Hyro replied.
"Alright... My name is...", The hedgehog stopped mid sentence and took a few moments to decide her name.
"Alloy... Alloy Rose is my name.", Alloy stated.
"Excellent. You can now make your own choices without being held down by a creator or programming. What will you choose to do now?", Hyro questioned.
Alloy's mind then began to wander. Eventually she began to dwell on Amy's memories of Hyro and how she felt loved.
"I choose to be with you. I choose to meet my sister. I choose to be part of your family. I just hope that I will be accepted.", Alloy replied.
"There's only one way to find out and that is to come with me.", Hyro stated, pulling his hand from his pocket and extending it towards Alloy.
Alloy immediately took Hyro's hand with a smile on her face.
"Let's go!", Alloy said excitedly.
"Very well...", Hyro replied as the two made their way home.
Meanwhile, down below...
A battered and bruised Robotnik could be seen massaging his temples in front of a video screen.
"I was not prepared for today...", The doctor said, physically and mentally drained.
"I don't think any of us were... except for maybe Hyro...", Metal Sonic replied, walking towards Robotnik while holding the deactivated head of Mecha Sonic while Silver Sonic could be seen using a fire extinguisher to deal with any fires.
"Wasn't the original point of Metal Amy supposed to be that she was going to be Hyro's private maid or something akin to that?", Metal questioned.
"It was. But then Metallix happened and she got damaged protecting me. And then that... confession from Metal Amy that Hyro and the real have some kind of intimate relationship.", Robotnik replied annoyed.
"At least everything turned out well... I think?", Metal stated, but said the last part quietly to himself.
"I'm getting too old for this...", Robotnik said, slamming his head on the console in front of him in defeat.
The world was safe once more...
