James p.o.v

As I pulled my car into my parents driveway I helped Tina carry Daniel inside I called out "mom can you come to the front room I need some help from you and dad" we carefully lay Daniel on the sofa my mother rushes into the room seeing Daniel unconscious  "w-what happened to daniel"my mother queried "his dad" i stammered "he left his door open so i check if every thing was ok and his dad was just strangling him" my mother ran out of the room a couple of minutes later she came back with a first aid kit she was a paramedic she picked up a flashlight turned it on and opened up daniels mouth pointing the torch down his throat "what are you doing!"cried daniels mom "she's just checking if anything is lodged in his throat which may be preventing him breathing" i replied rather calmly "james be a dear go to the trunk of my car and get out the oxygen mask for me" my mom stated i ran out side seeing the oxygen mask i grabbed it and sped back in as my mother put it over his mouth and nose she asked me to check for a pulse after a minute of searching i found it "his pulse is quite low mom"i said  "okay can you call Ann her number is on my phone tell her that one of your friends is not breathing" she should bring an ambulance and take him to hospital

Daniels p.o.v

When i woke up i was laying in a hospital bed with electrodes and wires conected to me there was two police officer (one male  and one female) my mother james mother and "JAMES!" i exclaimed "what's happening?" "Sir your father attacked you and this brave boy saved you" said the female officer  i smiled "so is he like my knight in shining armour?" I quizzed "I guess you could put it that way!" Laughed the male officer  he suddenly turned quite serious " but the reason me and my colleague are here is we want to know whether you want to press charges against your father" all eyes turned to me " I c-cant" i stuttered "are you sure because with this evidence no court could declare him not guilty and be able to prove why"  the male officer calmly said " i won't i can't"
