the end of a chapter...

this will almost definitely be the final chapter of sadness.

"wait wait wait wait, but this is only part 188!!!!" i hear you saying, as you cry from terror and grief.

this is NOT in fact part 188. this is part 199, and it would've been part 201, if that was possible. i deleted two old oneshot drafts, however i don't want to delete the rest of the drafts because it's very annoying to look through all 200 parts.

unfortunately, this means that you'll never see me hit the wondrous chapter limit...

that's too bad.

i really don't want to take the time to copy over and delete the other drafts, and i certainly don't want to release them all (the oldest one would've been...maybe the fifth or sixth chapter of the book.)

i am sorry to leave this book so anticlimactically, but it's for the best. so many of these chapters are over a year old, and they're not very good. and i don't want to post my most recent, best art at the very back of the book. they deserve to be the front pages, not just footnotes after reading 200 mostly-mediocre chapters.

thank you so much for watching me grow as a writer and artist, and for over 19k words. i'll forever cherish this book and every vote and comment on it.

and...while this is the end of a chapter...it's not the ending of the whole story.

in fact, it's time to travel down from the cosmos, to the surface, below the ground, and into...THE NOTEBOOK DUNGEON!!!!
