Chapter Fourty two

You might think what im doing is dramatic but as my father is tight here on the table with us I have to act like nothing really happened between me and Zach, the billionaire family is now complete , many of these billionaire people I.dont seem to know them but there are two young billionaires in the table which is Zach and the guy I assume is Sebastian if I heard it correctly, he arrived late and so u didn't get the chance to actually meet with him and greet him or so just like the other billionaires and millionaires that are seated here, the table is all rumbling about business and I hate how my brain is not here, I hate it because I can't stop thinking about what just happened earlier can't help myself but only to smile and look at the seated opposite me as we face each other by seats.

"Are you okay daughter, why are you looking at him like that?" My dad says on my ears making I to be heard by only me , I nod and continue to eat so that I can atleadt focus on what we came here for.
"I'm fine dad I'm not really looking at him." I say to him as I give him a fleeting look, he then nods and they continue to talk about business not all I was listening to this by the way I wasn't invited here for me to be involved by rather to have am experience of how it looks like and how it feels to be in Dubai.
"I haven't quite met you before but only heard about you, it's a pleasure to have you here Ms Gabriel." Sebastian says and I keep my head up to look at him and I fake a smile, the guy is very young as it seem , with glasses and a grey suit like a simple wealthy man you can imagine.

"Yes, it's a pleasure to know you too Sebastian." I say faking another smile to him 

When it was all over the maids come to clear our table and we are all moved to a more complex room to speak about what we here for and we all arrive, we wait for the door to be opened and as to more female billionaires arrive and I seem to be pressed by how wealthy they are dressed, a tall woman with a fair skin, red long dress but splits on the legs to show some slim legs of hers, dark hair that is actually down to her shoulders.

I hear the sound steps of her heels on the ground , and every step she takes my heart pulsate as my eyes moves with her pace, when she finally stops, looking at me from bottom to up I feel tempted or rather offended or so,"mmm didn't you know you would be here, I thought your father only fits to be here." She says beaming

"Anything possible can get me here, besides I'm a millionaire I'm invited as a guest." I say.

"It's more like it, surely fits you but since we about to enter in this doors I don't think you would contribute in any of our discussions , guest."

"Please ladies we didn't come here to do that." Mr Owen's says jokingly as he try to brush it off by laughing. I feel insulted enough to here, why would she be so mean to me like that?
"It wouldn't be a problem if she excuses us." She comments and just like that I walk away from them to a more place I see fit for myself to be.

This is crazy I walk out mumbling to myself as I walk out for a fresh air outside, it's beautiful at night here but only moments injured as I find a quiet place and sit there and observe the air.

"Disturbing your peace?" I catch the voice of someone I did expect to see at all but then surprisingly it is him, Sebastian I get up from my seat ,"Not at all don't worry I was about to leave anyway." I say as I walk out passed him , he hold my arm and I'm taken aback why,"He is waiting for you." With confusing it was clear enough for my face to ask who could be waiting for me and so he points out at the top where the balcony of my room is visible and I narrow to see who is seated there looming down at us and I saline it could be Zach, I smile to him and rush to upstairs, my heart pulsating much higher than ever

The door was opened with much excitement I had , I didn't take much longer to hop in the room the lights were off but I could see trough the night, he was still on the balcony but looking at me ,waiting for me .

"How long have you been waiting?"

"No a while."

"We can't be seeing each other Zach you know that." I say but he shut me from saying more, his fingers.pressed to my lips and again I can feel the warmth between us when our eyes meet everytime.

"I can't ignore my feelings for you anymore, I thought I hated you."

"Zach please we can't do this."

I feel hurt to say this because I don't know if it's the right thing to do , my heart breaks like it is going to torn apart completely.

He loves Amelia, he is just confuse atleast that's what I know.

"What if you still love her, I pretended to be her so that I may know her whereabouts, and we both found out in a shocking _" I pause unable to continue further I can feel my tears about to come with how much I remember seeing her tombstones I'm breathing harder.

"It was not your fault and if it weren't for you I wouldn't know that she was dead. "

"It was better that way, this changed everything and you know it."

I endure the moments of silence between us , I look behind me to see if he still here or what but I know he is here.

"It doesn't change how I feel about you."
