I stood still for a few seconds, still trying to process Illya's presence in front of me. Time seemed to have stopped. Illya, the daughter of my former master, was now there in front of me, bringing up a whirlwind of old memories and feelings. I tried, but the words just wouldn't come out. All I wanted was to talk to her, ask her how she was, how she had survived so long alone... but my throat was dry, and my mind was in chaos. I opened my mouth to speak, but before I could say anything, an evil presence took over the room.

A man dressed in an ancient kimono appeared, his cursed energy pulsing in the air around us. I felt a shiver run down my spine. The man's cynical smile was unmistakable, and his presence made the room tense. Choso was the first to react, immediately putting himself on guard, his blood starting to stir, ready to defend me and the others.

"He... is here..." - I murmured, clenching my fists. - "Kenjaku...."

Shirou and Rin looked at each other, not understanding what was happening. Rin, always cautious, realized that there was something more to the presence of that strange and dangerous man. She took a step forward, narrowing her eyes at Kenjaku.

"Who is this man?" - Rin asked, her voice firm, but full of curiosity and caution.

"Kenjaku..." - Choso replied, still in a defensive position. "This man... It's not something we can talk about!"

Shirou, next to Rin, frowned, trying to understand the gravity of the situation. - "What do you mean? You know him, Choso?!" - he asked, concern evident in his voice. - "And what does he want with us?"

Kenjaku just smiled, his cold gaze sweeping the group. - "Ah, so one of these two is part of your family?... That's so beautiful, I'm so proud of you..." - he said, in a tone that bordered on disdain. - "And you, my son, seem to be at a crossroads, don't you? Meeting your loved one's daughter again... how ironic."

I felt my blood boil. The mocking mention of Irisviel filled me with rage. - "Kenjaku!" - I growled, taking a step forward. - "What do you want? What are you doing here?!"

Kenjaku laughed lightly, a cold laugh full of arrogance. - "Calm down, my son... I just came to pay my family a little visit... that's all." He glanced at Illya, who remained silent, observing the situation attentively. - "I just came to see up close... how the players move before the big show. And also to make sure my presence is felt. After all, it wouldn't be fair if you continued to not know who really controls the threads of this War."

Choso, without taking his eyes off Kenjaku, muttered to me. - "We can't let him leave here. He's too dangerous."

Rin, with his ever-sharp mind, approached Shirou and me. - "Is he by any chance one of the participants in the Holy Grail War?"

The weight of the moment fell on my shoulders as he considered his options. Illya was still there, and I didn't want to put her in danger.

Kenjaku, noticing my hesitation, spread his arms wide as if he was at peace with the situation. - "Well, it seems there's still a lot of indecision around here... maybe I'll come back when you're ready for a real challenge. Until then... try to survive."
