Nagtuloy tuloy ako ng paglalakad palayo na parang di naririnig ang tawag ng asawa ko. Oh well, let me rephrase... Ex-husband ko.
"Wife! Wait." Sigaw ni Arfaxhard.
Wala akong pakealam. Matagal na kong nawalan ng pakealam.
"Wife, please."
Natigilan ako sa paglalakad dahil hinawakan nya ang beautiful hands ko.
Naririnig ko ang hikbi nya, ang hikbi nya na nakapagpahulog sa dating ako. Ayokong humarap dahil baka kapag humarap ako ay makalimutan ko ang lahat ng ginawa nya at balikan na lang sya.
Oo mahal ko sya, pero masaya sya sa iba. Masyado syang naging masaya na nagawa nyang saktan ang asawa nya.
"Let go, Mr. Augutus." I said with a cold voice.
"I won't, Wife. You know I won't." He said in the middle of his sobs.
"Don't call me 'wife' cause' I'm nobody's wife. And why won't you?" I asked inoccently.
He hugged me from my back. He laid his head on my shoulders. I never expected that everything would come up to this time. I never did and ever will.
"Beacuse you love me. Please... Please, don't let go. Please, don't ever... let go." He sobbed.
"You never owned someone, especially me, Mr. Augustus. Don't tell me to let go, cause' you never had me and..." Inalis ko ang kamay nyang nakahawak sakin hinarap sya. " you made my cry."
