Chloe's pov
i told uma that i found a roommate and she said that she would put us together. i can't believe that we are actually going to be roommates. I'm actually so excited. I mean it's not like i like red like that or anything. I'm just happy bc we are best friends. right?

I can't believe i'm actually going to be roommates with chloe. chloe's amazing she makes me so happy. anytime i need her she's always there for me. So having her as my roommate for school will be the best thing ever. but anytime i'm with i get this weird feeling that i want something more with her. But i definitely don't like her. right?
Chloe's pov
it's finally move in day and i couldn't be more excited. I finally get to see all of my friends again and most importantly i get to see red. As i was finishing packing the rest of my stuff my mom called for me. "chloe come on sweetheart the carriage is waiting for us". "coming mom just give me a second". I look around my room to see if i needed anything thing else and i see the sword my dad got me. I couldn't leave without it. I packed it in my bag and got into the carriage. All i could think about on the ride to school was how much fun me and red were going to have together. i've never really had a best friend before so im super excited to do literally anything and everything with her. Yeah that's why im excited to see her. no other reason
Reds pov
I was ready to leave wonderland. ready to get to school. ready to see chloe. But ofc my mom was taking for ever to get ready. "mom come on i'm going to be late". "red you should be grateful that im even letting you stay at those dorms." " you haven't even told me who you are rooming with." Oh no i can't tell her that it's chloe. She hates the charmings since what happened with her and cinderella at castle coming. if she knew it was chloe charming that im rooming with i wouldn't be able to go to school. "oh i-i don't know uma put me with some random girl". "oh okay red." thank god that worked bc i don't know what i would have done if she asked more questions. Not to long after we finally got in the carriage to go to school.
Chloe's pov
once we got there I got out and looked around to see if i could see red. i couldn't find her so i decided that i would just go up to our room without her. i said goodbye to my mom and when i got up to out room i started to unpack all of my stuff. i made sure to leave red plenty of space on her side of the room so that she can decorate it how she wants. But my side was all blue just how i liked it. i couldn't wait until her side was filled with her iconic red color. I ended up buying her flowers as a thank you for rooming with me. it's a friendly way of saying thank you yk. nothing else.
Reds pov
I got to the dorms a little late so i'm assuming that chloe is already in our room making it that beautiful blue color that she loves. so i could not have my mom going up there. "alright red go on now." "pls don't embarrass me while your here." "thanks for the kind words mom" i say as i see her carriage pull away from me. it's fine i didn't want her to walk me up anyway bc of chloe. but it would be nice to know that she cared enough to ask if she could. I finally make it up to my room and now surprise chloe's whole side of the room is blue. It was so beautiful just like her. I MEAN I LOOKS NICE BC CHLOES A NICE FRIEND. yep that's what i meant. But i keep looking around and i see something on my bed. as i walk over to it i can see that it's a bouquet of flowers with a note from chloe. "thank you so much for being my roommate red. i can't wait for this school year with you." she's literally the best girl in the world.
