Chloe's pov
it's finally the first day of school. i can't wait so i woke up super early to make sure that i had everything packed. ofc red was still sleeping. god she looks so beautiful right now. NO SHOT I JUST SAID THAT. i can't like a girl. that's not how the story is supposed to go. i'm supposed to fall for a prince. just like how my mom did. what if i like a girl and i tell my parents and they don't support me. i can't deal with that. But i think that i do like red. yk as more than just a friend. maybe it can work if my parents don't know. no i can't put ideas like that in my head. besides she probably doesn't even like girls anyway.
Reds pov
i finally woke up for school. i looked at the clock which said 7:30. good i have have half a hour to get ready. As i sat up from my bed i could see chloe and her beautiful blue curls. i could help but smile. chloe turned around and asked what i was smiling at. "oh nothing im just excited for the day to be over." "red the day hasn't even started yet." "a girl can't hope chlo?" "you really don't like school do you red." "not one bit i hate everything about it." after that i grabbed my clothes and walked into the bathroom to take a shower. As i got out of the bathroom i saw that chloe was sitting on her bed waiting for me. "alright your ready come on red we have to go. i really don't want to be late on the first day." "okay Chloe calm down a bit just let me get my bag and shoes."
Chloe's pov
Red didn't need half a hour to get ready. she would have looked perfect even if she had just walked out of the dorm in just her pjs to go to class. i'm falling hard for this girl. but i can't ruin our friendship. but then i hear red say something to me. "chlo you look beautiful today." DID SHE REALLY JUSF SAY THAT TO ME. i could feel myself starting to blush a little. so i covered my face a bit with my books and said thank you to red. "yk red i dont look half as good as you do right now." OMG I REALLY SAID THAT. SHES GONNA THINK IM SO WEIRD. "Aww chlo no need to lie to me know can look better than you do." i think this might be the best day of my life. schools starting and the best girl in the whole world thinks im pretty. but its probably in a friendly way. not the way that im hoping it is. i start to blush again so i cover my face back up before red can say anything. then we both walk into math class and sit right up in the front.
Reds pov
As me and chloe are about to sit down together i hear someone talking to us. "hey laides im Brendan yk Bell and Beasts best son." I never knew that Ben had a younger brother. Either way this kid sounds like a douche bag. "oh well i'm chloe nice to meet you and this is Red." "oh wow your the princess from wonderland my brother and mal were talking about you." "yeah that's cool DONT call me princess." "god don't get all pissy my bad." "yeah it was." "could you do me a huge favor and leave me alone now." After that he walked away. but chloe's was giving me a look. saying that i could have been a little nicer to him. "chloe he sounds like a douche bag." "yeah but we need to make new friends. maybe he could be one of them." "chlo we have a school full of other kids he's won't be the only kid we talk to today."
Chloe's pov
When me and red were walking out of class i see brendan writing something down on a piece of paper before running to come hand it to me. When he did he just opened my hand and winked. then walked away without saying a word to me or Red. "Ew he so weird. what did he give you chlo." I opened the paper to see that he gave me his number. "he gave me his number." "well what are you gonna do with it." just as Red was saying that i walked over to the thrash can to throw it away. i don't want a guy. i don't want anyone. i want red.
Reds pov
When chloe threw away the note that brandon gave her. I couldn't be happier. I mean ik that she probably doesn't like me like that. But it's nice to know that she doesn't want anyone else. the whole morning was amazing every class i sat next to chloe and in every class we talked the whole time. the first day was going perfectly. then we got to lunch and it got even better since bridget had made cupcakes for everyone. and omg were they good. The last few classes of the day were nothing special bc chloe wasn't in any of them. I couldn't wait to leave and see chloe.
