HELLO? ❞ the voice of juliet spoke up, she stood in the darkness with a dim light shining. her head tilted to the side, walking towards the light. is this freedom?

she heard cries for help making her run faster towards the light and when she did, her eyes widen in fear. her family, the people she loved the most were all piled in front of her, dead.

"juliet." a hoarse voice spoke out, a hand reaching for her. the girl turned around to see her worst nightmare. there laid ray, a flower pierced through his heart and he reached for her.

"see that juliet? you couldn't save him and you can't save anyone." mama's voice spoke up, her hand appeared on her shoulder. "and you're next."

"no!" juliet yelled, waking up from her nightmare. she looked around her to see that she was just in the bedroom, seeing if she woke any of the kids up. she too heard heavy breathing that wasn't hers, looking over to see emma in the same state she was.

"you had a nightmare as well?" emma asked her, tears pricking her eyes.

juliet nodded, wiping her tears away. the clocked ticked back and forth the two of them just staring at each other. "emma, i want to protect them."

"me too juliet."

JULIET WALKED DOWN THE STAIRS, SLOWLY TAKING A STEP. "good morning!" a voice yelled, phil appearing at her side. her terrified, tired look was replaced with a sympathetic one.

she mustered up a smile. "good morning phil." juliet pats his head. he grabbed her hand and dragged her downstairs. "hey! slow down!"

"good morning!" he yelled once again to everyone. phil lets go of julet's hand, running to the other kids while gilda scolded him for running in the dining room.

she stopped in front of mom, her eyes holding fear that didn't held them before when she saw the woman she loves dearly. isabella spoke to the younger children with a smile.

how could she smile?

"good morning emma!" norman exclaims, putting a hand on juliet's shoulder and she jumps in fear. "good morning juliet."

"morning norman." juliet mumbled, walking towards emma.

"come on you two. smile."

THE THREE STOOD BY A WINDOW. norman talked to the both of them. "you two have to pretend nothing happened. sure, we broken the rules by going to the gate last night but that doesn't mean we saw anything."

"but we left little bunny there." emma mumbled, holding onto juliet's hand.

"that's right, so we have to assume mom found it." norman said. "but that doesn't tell her anything about who left it behind."

"mom was laughing at breakfast." juliet spoke up, clenching her fists. "she doesn't show it on her face at all."

"and that's what we have to do too. otherwise she'll notice something is wrong." he gave them a smile. "we can't let that happen so smile."
