The Witches Hunter

Chapter 1- Leon

It is Leon's fifth year as a hunter yet he was already at the advanced level. His first hunt was the day after his fifteenth birthday when hunters came of age. It is now his twentieth year and his mission? To locate and reunite with his once partner Jackson whom he has known since birth. Jackson went M.I.A. almost two years ago as he was on a mission to uproot a coven in a small town called fayville in North Carolina." Contact was lost, the last transmission was as follows " The mission has failed no opportunity to retreat, I repeat the mission has failed."" said Leon's father the head of the southwest hunters division. Leon's father was a rough man that didn't show mercy or weakness to his allies let alone his enemies. William continued " Jackson went on a mission to uproot a coven of witches in fayville North Carolina, three years ago and after one year we lost contact." William said with a stern face. Leon intervened and spoke " why are we looking for Jackson now, we know that he was K.I.A. two years ago." William, slightly annoyed, spoke again "because some who fits his description has been spotted in the vary town he went M.I.A. in." with those words Leon paused, he acted as if he didn't care but Jackson was like family to him, and news he might be alive gave him a breath of air. Before Leon could think a single more thought William spoke once more " It was said he was spotted on a witches side." Leon paused once more and a single thought came to mind " Jackson on the witches side....? No way! Of all creatures Jackson hated the witches the most so maybe the Intel is wrong...." but before he could finish his thoughts he was interrupted " Your mission Leon is to locate and confirm if he is still alive by a witches side and if he is use him to locate the coven." Leon only thought one think after he said yes sir to William " please let the Intel be wrong and Jackson just be gone..."

After preparing for his mission Leon sets out taking his car so he wouldn't be in any flight or travel records. Jackson knows the alternate identities he could use, so he will have to be completely off the grid, even the hunter communication channels could be compromised! He makes his way to fayville North Carolina. Taking the most secured way possible it will take him almost thirty-two hours to drive from his current location. His location is a place unknown to the outside world and the hunters call it " Hunter Willow" and it is one of the many bases across the world.

Leon arrives in Fayville North Carolina and his housing is already prepped. Its location is on the outskirts of the town. Leon prepares the housing location for his mission. As Leon finished his preparations he heads into town. Leon's thoughts haunt him and play over and over again " Jackson would never be by a witches side, he knows witches are manipulative, self-centered, and kill the innocent for their spells and own gain! Why would he be by ones side when he knows what they've done to so many." As he continued to think the more and more angry he got, but as he looked up he saw a familiar face. Jackson didn't have a distinctive appearance, he was around five eleven with tan skin, short black curly hair and had hazel eyes but none the last Leon could spot him from a mile away, but his happiness was soon faded away as he saw the person beside him. It was a witch with bright blue hair to her mid back with red eyes and a short statue. Leon stopped in his tracks filled with emotions like relief, shock, and hate.... Relief because his friend was truly alive, shocked because Intel was true and hate because he WAS by a witches side! Just as all these emotions and thoughts raced he looked up once more and froze only to see the very person who took care of him since young and was basically his family even though they shared not a drop of blood was also frozen looking right back at him along with visible shock on his Jackson's face. Both of them now looking at one another stood there for what seemed like hours. Then was interrupted with a single word out Jackson's mouth..... "Run."
