As the bright studio lights beamed down on them, Yewon held her composure effortlessly, her cool gaze and calm demeanor firmly in place. She sat next to Jeonghan, who, despite his usual charm, was fidgeting ever so slightly. She could see the subtle twitch of his fingers and the glint of nervousness in his eyes—but there was something else too. Mischief. He was definitely up to something.

“So, Yewon, Jeonghan,” the interviewer began, a curious gleam in her eye, “everyone’s curious—how did you two meet?”

Yewon tensed slightly, glancing at Jeonghan, expecting him to flounder. But to her surprise, he leaned back with a smirk, acting as though he’d been waiting for this question.

“Oh, you want the real story?” he teased, casting a sideways glance at Yewon, who immediately sensed trouble. “Well, we met at a gala. And honestly, I couldn’t take my eyes off her. She was… how do I say this…” He pretended to search for the right word, shooting Yewon a playful look.

“Intimidating,” Yewon supplied calmly, not missing a beat as she kept her cold, poised expression. “He’s trying to make it sound grander than it was.” She flashed a slight smile, adding just enough warmth to sell the story. “I noticed him sitting alone, looking lost.”

The interviewer chuckled, clearly intrigued. “So, you approached him?”

Yewon gave a small, graceful nod. “Yes, I did. He looked like he could use some company.”

“Because I was waiting for someone interesting to show up,” Jeonghan interrupted smoothly, flashing Yewon a mischievous grin. “I told her she had the look of someone who’s impossible to impress.”

Yewon raised an eyebrow, giving him a quick, cool look that almost made him laugh. “And here we are,” she said, turning back to the interviewer. “I suppose he was right.”

The audience chuckled, enjoying the playful banter, while Yewon gave Jeonghan’s hand a discreet squeeze to keep him from going overboard. She could tell he was enjoying himself a little too much, though the glint of pride in his eyes hinted that he might actually be trying to impress her.

The interviewer, delighted by their chemistry, leaned forward. “You two are such a dynamic pair. So, tell me, what’s married life been like so far?”

Jeonghan opened his mouth, but Yewon felt her pulse spike as she recognized the glimmer of mischief in his eyes. She squeezed his hand tighter, but he barely suppressed a smirk.

“Well,” he started, dragging the word out dramatically, “it’s been… intense. Yewon is incredibly organized. She’s already color-coded our bookshelves and labeled all the cabinets.”

Yewon blinked, fighting the urge to roll her eyes. “That’s an exaggeration,” she said calmly, keeping her tone cool and smooth. “I just prefer things to be neat.”

“Neat is one way to put it,” Jeonghan teased, pretending to wince. “She made me reorganize my socks.”

The audience laughed, and Yewon’s eyes narrowed, but she maintained her composed demeanor. “It’s a partnership,” she replied, her voice steady. “And sometimes that means guiding him toward certain… lifestyle improvements.”

The interviewer grinned, clearly enjoying the interplay. “And are there any future plans? You two seem so comfortable together—can we expect an expansion to the family?”

Jeonghan leaned forward, as if he’d been waiting for this question. “Oh, we’ve got plans,” he said with a wicked grin, letting the silence hang just long enough to spark anticipation in the room.
