Tales of Dark-Spark: Tanuki's Witch

The rock cover band Dark-Spark is performing at a Haunted Oktoberfest in London.  They are performing a cover of I Put a Spell On You from Hocus Pocus. And each member dressed up like a famous horror movie monster. Dead-End the Vocalist is dressed like a vampire, Emma the Keyboardist is dressed like mummy, Johnny the Bassist is dressed like a werewolf with his scarf on, Charlotte the Guitarist is dressed like the bride of Frankenstein plus she is fake stitching where her skin lighter making her vitiligo look like patches, and Adam the drummer is dressed like the invisible man.

Dead-End looked at his bandmates and they sing in call and respond. "AH, SAY INTO PI, ALPHA MAYBE UPENDI!" "Ah, say into pi, alpha maybe upendi!" "IN COMMA-CORIYAMA!" "In comma-coriyama!" "HEY!" "Hey!" "HIGH!" "high!" "SAY!" "Say!" "BYE-BYE!" Johnny and Adam finished the song.

"Thank you, guys, so much for having us, Rock on freaks." Dead-End spoke. Dark-Spark starts to take down their stuff. Emma turned off her keyboard. "Can't wait to get out of this makeup." "Actually, before we do let's get some Burgers and soda." Adam spoke. "Plus, only Johnny is in makeup." Charlotte added. Johnny puts his bass guitar away. "I don't mind eating in my costumes."

As Dark-Spark gets ready to leave Emma looks around. "Shouldn't we tell Alexis where we are going?" Emma spoke as Adam texted someone. "Just did." He looks at his phone. "She said 'Stay safe.'" Adam reads.

Dark-Spark enters a restaurant in costumes and the host sees them. "Oh, um can I help you?" The host asked. "Yes please. table for five please." The host takes them to a table and a waitress goes to them. "Do you know what you want?" She asked. "Yeah, I'll take a burger and a cola." Adam spoke. "Charlotte down to share a pizza?" Johnny asked. "Yeah, I'll take a lemon lime as my drink." Johnny hands his menu to her. "I'll take a cola." Emma looks at the menu. "Um can I get a black and white milkshake and um some boneless wings please."

"Oh, I'll also take a cheeseburger plane, with a Ms. Pepper." Dead-End spoke. waitress takes their menus. "Alright your orders will be out in soon." Nyx a techno organic bat pops her head and squeaks. Emma looks at her. "Oh, what about Nyx?" She asked Dead-End. "Charlotte you still got that mango you bought?" Charlotte goes through her bag and finds it. She looks under the table and sees Nyx and gives her the mango and she starts to eat it like a bat.

In a field near the restaurant a portal open and five teenagers wearing navy blue school uniforms walked through. "See oh Frick." A Japanese girl spoke. "Megs i should teach you to really swear." A Finnish girl spoke. A Russian boy looks around. "Is this even the right place?" "Who cares?" A German boy spoke. The Japanese girl looks around. "Where is..." "Over here Megumi." She looks and sees an Irish American boy with a female tanuki on his shoulder. "I figured since they said familiars are aloud, we bring Mercury." Mercury the tanuki jumps off the boy's shoulder and into Megumi's arms. "Thanks, Atomic." She looks around. "Um I don't think we're in the right place." Megumi spoke. The Russian boy looks around. "Well, um sure we're in London." "Um Jackson is don't think it changes the fact that we might be in the right place." The Finnish girl spoke.

Jackson looks at the German boy. "Conner you have an idea where we are?" Conner looks around. "Doesn't matter let's get some food real quick and let a real magical try it." Megumi looks down and Jackson looks at him. "Technically Megumi a human can speak with a tanuki her familiar like a magical." He spoke which pissed off Conner. "Whatever, at least it wasn't Lucy." The Finnish who wasn't paying attention heard her name and looks at them. "What?" "Never mind."

At the restaurant Dark-Spark's food arrived and the enjoyed it the waitress gives them the bill and Adam looks like he is ready to run. "Don't!" Johnny spoke and Adam pulled out his wallet. "Fine you win." Adam puts some money on the table and the others put some money on the table with the check and Adam left a tip in the form of Hold Your Screams the bands most recent album.

Once they leave Adam checks his phone. "Alexis said she found this French restaurant she is trying so we have time to kill." Emma walks into someone. "Oh, I'm sorry." She looks and sees Megumi and seemed confused like she has met her before. "Emma is something..." Adam spoke and sees Megumi, and Conner. "Hey." The rest of Dark-Spark goes to them and see Atomic, Jackson, and Lucy. "Huh it's like we met them before." Atomic spoke.

Megumi waves at them. "Um I'm Megumi, Megumi Tanuki and this is my familiar Mercury." Mercury mewls at Dark-Spark. "Conner Von Amalee." "Jackson Anthony." "Lucy Lovelock." "Call me Atomic." They all spoke. "Well, I'm Adam Taylor. And that's Charlotte Diaz, Johnny Flame, Emma Daaé, Dead-End and his pet Cyberbeast Bat Nyx."

Atomic likes the costumes they are wearing. "Nice costumes." "Thanks, it's for our concert." Dead-End told him. "Wait you guys are in a band?" Lucy asked. "Yeah Dark-Spark. I'm the guitarist, Johnny is our bass, Emma is keys, Adam is our drummer and Dead-End sings." Charlotte explained. "Shit we're also in a band called Luna Nova, I'm the guitarist, Megumi is our keyboardist, Jackson is our bass player, Conner is our drummer, and Atomic sings." Lucy spoke.

Dark-Spark and Luna Nova find it interesting they are starting to find a lot in common. "Hey, have you guys fought these like robotic animals?" Johnny asked. "Shit we fought a robotic dragon we called him Dragonstorm." Conner joked. "We call the robot animals Cyberbeast." Charlotte spoke.

"You guys have a sweet advisor kinda like a mom of the band?" Dead-End asked. "Yeah, her name is Alexis Charlotte. She is fantastic." Megumi spoke. "Ours is Alexis North." Emma told them. Johnny has to know. "Do you guys have a self-proclaimed rival, ours is named Luara Coast." "Yeah, but ours is Laura Canine." Jackson spoke.

As Dark-Spark and Luna Nova chat Megumi goes to Emma. "Dead-End seems nice." "He is. I like his I don't care what anyone thinks out attitude." Megumi smiled. "Yeah, I just that's something I like about Atomic." She sighs and Emma looks at her. "You like Atomic, don't ya?" Emma asked. Megumi blushed. "I uh, well I might, be not like that. It's that he's cool, sweet, carefree." She sighs with love. "Atomic is just Atomic and I love that."

Luna Nova and Dark-Spark look at the techno organic wolf. "So that's a wolf." Conner spoke. "Um yeah it is." Adam remarked. The Cyberbeast looks at them and howls. "And that's normal the signal to run." Dead-End spoke. The Cyberbeast snapped at them. Atomic casted a flash spell and it blinds the Cyberbeast.

Conner gets out his wand and teleports everyone to safety. "Whoa." Johnny spoke and Charlotte puked. Emma goes to her. "Charlotte you, okay?" "I felt like I got fucking turned inside out." Mercury mewls and Megumi looks at her. "Um Mercury asked if Charlotte wants water?" Nyx flies and finds a small store. She squeaked and Dead-End follows her and gets a bottle of water and comes back. He gives the bottle to her. Charlotte drinks it and slowly starts to feel better.

"So how do we fight something like that?" Lucy asked. "Um normal Nyx is how we kill those things." Emma spoke. Megumi looks at Nyx. "Funny we can't really rely on Mercury since she's a normal tanuki."

The Cyberbeast got ready to attack Mercury and something shot at it and killed it. Mercury mewls in confusion and sees Nyx. Megumi gets Mercury and hugs her. "Oh, Mercury that was so brave." Mercury mewls happily.

Luna Nova looks at Dark-Spark and soon starts glowing. "See ya around Dark-Spark." Conner spoke and Luna Nova disappeared. Emma looks at her bandmates. "I hope we get to see them again." The others agree with her.
