"Hi" Maddie smiled softly at y/n who just stared at her in awe Maddie was at her house to work on the project y/n steps out of the way of the door, letting Maddie in. She glanced around, expecting to see people.
"We're here alone, my parents are at a business trip come on I'll show you my room." Y/n says with a sweet smile as Maddie follows her up the steps they get there and Maddie sets out her items
Y/n sits on the floor while Maddie is on her bed you guys get started on separate things quietly "n-nice room y/n" "thanks Maddie, I'm thinking of redesigning it though." "Hmm maybe.." they chitchat here and there
As y/n is finishing up her 3 to last thing that's part of the project she looks up to see Maddie eventually drifting off, as her eyes fluttered with exhaustion. Y/n then looked back down to work again glancing here and there to look at Maddie
Y/n was finishing up and decided to get into her bed as well Maddie wakes up when she felt the bed dip beside her, "oh," Maddie bolts upright, I'm sorry y/n." "It's okay, don't worry about it. Sleep if you're tired, you could stay over for dinner too."
Maddie blushes at her kindness, she settles into the sheets, looking at you to move. She hesitates with a smile, y/n opens her arms motioning Maddie to move forward
Carefully,you lean back, cozying into y/ns side "you know.. I've had a crush on you for years" she suddenly blurts through the silence
"What?" Maddie mumbles, not sure she heard right. "Yeah, I never told you because I thought you saw me as a jerk." "I've always thought you've hated me."
"Haha what why would I hate a girl like you?" Y/n says and Maddie starts to get flustered "I don't know actually why would you." You guys giggle for a bit after dozing off in each others arms.
