The next day evening, Maya's pov

I can't believe jungkook sir asked me to be his date!but why isn't he taking that women with him? Are they not going to marry each other? Huh that's nice how does she even think she can beat me?

My phone rang, and it was none other than Mr.Jeon,"yes sir ,I'm always ready..huh? I should come down yes.."

Yn pov

"Are you sure?you are not going?" Taehyung spoke "YAH I TOLD YOU IM NOT" "it's yoongi he will be upset and moreover you promised dad that you will appear as a chief guest from Kim's and present him the gift" "hmm yYSAAAAHHHHH WHY WHY DID I AGREEEE?!"" I don't have a dat-" " let's go I will be there in 10 mins,oppa" I said to taehyung, to be honest I didn't wanted to go because I knew Jungkook would be there and yesterday I was rude to him . ' I brought this on myself' I said sighing to myself.

If Jimin was here , he would have doubted yoongi agreed to marry Kang Hana, but he would also have been the most happiest person for both of them.i miss him.

Not so soon after we reached, I could see people glancing at us. Turning back and looking at us. "Who is she?" "Is she Kim's daughter?" "didn't she die while saving her ex-husband?" "How is she with taehyung?" "Omg are they together? Than that's weak move for Kim" I heard and I do know taehyung was hearing this too. He looked at me , with concern in his eyes, nodding I assured him that I was prepared for all of these things.

Jeons pov

I entered and I was there was a lot of attention.'do they know I'm getting married? Is the news out already?' I thought to myself. But I was wrong as I walked further I could still tell people were looking at my back. Turning around I saw YN entering with taehyung. "She is with taehyung? I knew that this is going to happen!" "What do you mean?" "Does anyone remember when YN's to be husband who was secret got actually killed on their wedding, though the media doesn't know but as a .ukw. We always know these. So I was saying no one knew who was her fiancé but still got killed, only person outside her family knew was taehyung " " you mean taehyung killed him? You know what would happen if you accuse them?" "No that was just a rumour more over when YN went to Sweden for studies , before that she used to like taehyung and vice versa" "you know you should keep quite , otherwise you would be dead"

'What are they talking? , is that why they are always together? Oh this is reason she said no to me. But if this was true then taehyung would've not proposed Dad with YN's marriage to me. They are lying and rumours can never be true' ." Why is she giggling like that " "sir should we go ahead-?" Maya said " yes let's go"

I walked towards taehyung with maya, "hyung! Why did you say no first and arrived now?" I asked him " that was because yn wasn't ready and I knew she would after all it's her bestie's engagement" taehyung said 'besties? As in the girl' " jungkook has anything happened? Did she get angry?" "Umm no she was upset... because of what.." I was about to say until taehyung indicated me that maya was there. I almost forgot about maya's existence . "Where's she?" I asked him "she is inside, talking with her friend-" "oh let me talk with her."

Following the directions I went ahead only to find out, she was sitting on a chair talking with someone. "Yn I want to talk to you" " i am busy Jung-" " excuse me mr, can't you see I want to talk with my wife if possible can you" I replied to him turning back "ohh so sorry sir, I didn't mean to-" he said while walking out. " yah what are you doing? You can't say that we haven't even announc-" " what are you doing over here?" "Huh Wdym it's an engagement " " i know that , i mean " i sighed " I asked you yesterday why did you denied and now you are here with taehyung" I spoke with anger. "Do you even know what what kind of rumours are " " jungkook you are hurting me " she said making me realise I had grabbed her shoulder, unconsciously " I'm sorry - are you hurt?" "No it's okay, I already was not because of you ...and about rumours .. Jungkook do you trust rumours more than taehyung ?" "No it's just-" " leave about me, I hope you trust taehyung till the end, and he wouldn't liked if he comes to know about this. I am not going to tell this to him!. How can you even not trust someone you knew from start? " " hey I never said I don't trust taehyung, I wanted to ask you why you are here when you said you won't be there. You just said NO to ME. Yn pov
"How did he even hear those things? How can they recognise me?" I sighed " it's okay yn, you are going , there will definitely be a lot of questions and also there's media present there won't be any harm" . I walked out, nervously looking I found Taehyung sitting beside Jungkook.

As grooms friend they called me up, for the speech. " good evening, it's been a while and I do know there must be a lot of questions around , various types of questions but today isn't my day. It's my beloved friend yoongis engagment. The one I knew when I was studying in Sweden , isn't it great I never knew he would get married to Kang Ha Na." I said "they used to fight a lot " I whispered. " I do know of there would have been, a certain someone he would definitely be happy to see Yoongi finally getting married! Isn't it ?" I looked at them, and they both knew I was talking about Jimin. " but here we are , looking at my favourite couple-" " aren't you getting married to taehyung?" someone interrupted my speech by shouting , it was one of the reporter, even though with yoongis indication he was removed out.

I stepped aside as Hana called me out " You should address this YN, we know this was not supposed to be your first public appearance but we both think you should talk regarding your rumors with taehyung. This is going to hurt his as well as your image" "But it's your day-" "I heard Jungkook . And more over I asked yoongi and even he agrees" . I looked at him and he nodded in agreement with his fiancé.

" this was not supposed to be said now, infact my appearance here was supposed to be a secret . I know a lot of questions might be here. But I just want to say that , taehyung and I are just good friends, we are cousins. I know I do agree I did have a little bit crush on him" I said indicating them 🤏 with my hand " how can someone not he's ethere-" making me stop, I saw him . I saw him looking at me. He was alive . He is alive. Jimin is here, and with no conscious I walked down. Suddenly I felt a sharp pain and I saw Jungkook pulling me. My ear my bleeding as the bullet passed. There was a lot of chaos , but I didn't stop looking at him. I saw he was moving, removing Jungkook's hand i tried to follow him. But he pulled me back, Jungkook stopped me. I could see taehyung panicking as he saw the blood flow. I could see everything turning black.

Jungkook pov

Wait. She is friends with yoongi and I just got an invitation because we are business partners? ." How does she know him that well?" "Ohh you didn't knew they were in same university in Sweden and apparently yn helped hyung out a lot in studies" "did I said that loud? That okay " "are you jealous?" "Me ? Of who ?her? No" I said pointing her out.

She was looking different today , maybe she isn't wearing her specks. Wait why is that red dot moving? Red dot? Shit red dot! "Hyung close the doors! Shit why is she moving ahead?" "What happened?!" "Look at her head! Someone is pointing a gun" I said more liked shouted. "What is she even looking at?" I mumbled. Running towards her. I pulled her towards me. Yet she yanked my hand and moved ahead. Did she saw the person who fired?. Yn I held her hand, and pulled her back again, she was weak and loosing her consciousness. I felt something wet only to see her ear was bleeding and there was visible blood on her arm. "How did she got hurt here? Mr. Hana call the ambulance now! Maya you stop the reporter from taking pictures! GO DONT LOOK AT ME!" I could still see flashes. Getting her in my arms I moved with her towards the car. "Stay awake yn"

Is jimin really alive? Or what she saw was just someone else?
