"𝐇𝐞𝐲, did you get a look at him?" Emily asks as the four agents enter the colourful apartment.
"Nothing solid." Derek replies
"Garcia, we need to get you back to the hospital." Hotch states with no hint of amusement
"No." Penelope says shaking her head
"No, you know what? You should still be there. We need to get her someplace safe." Emily says
"I feel safe with all of you." Penelope says looking at her fellow team members
"We could take you to the BAU." Hotch suggests as JJ gets up
"Garcia?" JJ says looking down at the seated tech analyst.
"You okay?" Spencer asks as Penelope zones out for a second before speaking
"When we were at dinner, they wanted to seat us by a window, but he insisted on sitting at the worst table in the place and he say with his back to the corner."
The same detective walks in with an officer and Hotch turns around. "Detective, can you clear the room for just a minute?" Hotch asks facing him directly.
"I've got a dead cop downstairs. I'm considering this part of the crime scene." The detective says
"I know. Just a couple of minutes." Hotch states and the detective nods
"Do what you got to do."
"Thank you" Hotch replies
"Tell us about the car?" Spencer asks
"Why?" Penelope questions
"Just go with him." Derek says.
"You said it was white, four-door, American. But what else?" Spencer says.
"That's it. It was just a car." Penelope says looking at Spencer.
"Now come on. Think. Anything. Go back." Derek encourages and Penelope thinks.
"The seatbelt was buckled behind his back." Penelope realises and the team look at each other
"Why does that matter?" Penelope asks looking around at each of the faces.
"It wasn't a rental. It was for surveillance." Derek says
"Agents don't wear seat belts. They need to get out in a hurry." Callie explains putting her hand on her hip
"All right, let's cut the crap. You need to be straight with us, right now." Rossi snaps as he goes to sit in-front of Penelope.
