Onychinus' Queen

Chapter 1

Y/N P.O.V

"Why isn't my hunter watch working?"
  I've been walking through the N109 Zone for the past hour with no trace of my team. The attack was horrible. They must be thinking I'm dead or that i was taken by the Wanderer's, after that explosion. I wouldn't blame them if they did believe that. I needed to get out of there as fast as possible. It was Onychinus territory. Outsiders and trespassers had it the worst. Not to say I'm a hunter as well. Damn it. I looked up at the buildings, tall illuminated skyscrapers looking down on me as if telling me to run away as fast as I could. I kept walking, trying to look for a place where I could stay for a few hours to fix my hunters watch to contact my team or Captain Jenna. Eventually, after I found no hidden place there, I walked to the edge of the N109 Zone, where there was only one abandoned and forgotten road, amd I decide to walk that way for a bit to be further away from the place I was not welcomed at all.
"Hopefully, this is the road back to Linkon City. And if not, it must lead somewhere safer, at least." I told myself as I strolled down that road.
  I walked for a few hours, and I felt tired and hungry, but I drank some water that I had on me. I took a seat at the end of the road, in the dessert like view, to rest my tired, aching legs. I looked up at the sky, forgetting about my situation for a few moments looking at the silent moon and lively starts before a noise pulls me out of the tance. I see a crow standing a few meters away from me, cawing at me.
  "Hello, little crow. What are you doing here? Are you lost too?"
   I spoke gently and quietly to the crow in front of me. The bird jumps a few times and stands in front of me.
  "What is it, little one? What's the matter?"
I asked the bird before I  noticed something different about this bird. Red eyes.
  I got up quickly and walked away thinking:'It's his bird. That bird. It's the Onychinus' leader bird. I backed up, and behind the bird, there started to appear black with red mist, from which walked two guys, that soon turned into crows. And after a few moments and another few steps backwards from me, a tall man came out of the mist. Stoic, confident stature, and a stone cold gaze. He had silver hair and crimson red eyes, just like the crow. He wore leather black gloves and pants, combat boots, a body tight black shirt, what seemed like a black leather jaket with grey and red patterns along the sleeves. The crow that initially was with me landed on his forearm, and the 2 men that turned into Crows landed on his shoulders.
  "Didn't think I'd find any stray kittens here in the middle of nowhere."
  The tall man said as he slowly stalked towards me. For some reason, I couldn't move. I looked at him as I got I to a defensive position, knowing damn well I had nowhere to run. That had only earned me a chuckle from this man.
  "If I wanted to do something to you, I would have done it as soon as I layed eyes on you, sweetie."
  "You're Sylus? The leader of Onychinus?"
  I asked, keeping my defensive pose.
  "Yes, kitten. Who else?"
  He answered, lifting his right hand, wrapping his black and red evol around me.
  "Let go of me!"
  I snapped at him.
  "Time to sleep, kitten."
  He said in a gentle voice that I didn't expect, and everything around me became blurry, my eyelids slowly closing before everything became dark.

Sylus' P.O.V

  She closed her eyes, her body went limp in the spiral of my Evol. I moved closer to her body, wrapping my arms around her waist and her legs, and I lifted her up and made sure her head rested in a normal position against my chest.
  Behind me, I heard Luke and Kieran, as they turned back I to human form.
  "That was easy, wasn't it?"
  Said Luke laughing as he elbowed  his twin, Kieran.
  "Obviously! Boss is literally the best."
  I heard Kieran respond to his brother.
  "Enough, you two! We have to get the kitten back to her new home."
  I told the boys, and they turned into crows and flew in the mist along with my crow. After they flew in, I walked with my kitten. A lot of surprises will be waiting for my kitten.
