Chapter 4

Y/n P.O.V

  We walked outside of his penthouse, and I looked around for a car.
  "You don't have a car, Sylus?"
  "No, kitten. I don't. But I do have e that beauty."
  He said and pointed to a black bike 🏍. 
  "NO. Never."
  I told him back up a bit while he walked next to it and picked up a helmet. He lifted a hand, and I saw his Evol emerging, and it wrapped around myself, lifting me on the bike's back seat. He then comes next to me and puts the helmet on my head. He gets on the bike, in front of me, and puts on his helmet as well, as he starts the bike, revving the engine twice.
  "It's not that bad, Kitten."
  "I've always preferred the cars. Sports cars and extremely fast cars. As some call them 'Super Cars'."
  I told him and held onto his waist, and he started the bike. The ride is peaceful. In a few minutes we got to a big book store. I took off the helmet, and I looked through the window of the bookstore. So many shelves, so many books waiting to be read. I feel Sylus' hands around me, and he tales me off the bike, takes my hand, and guides me to the bookstore. He opened the door for me, and I walked inside the massive bookstore. It was on 2 levels. I walked to the first book shelf and looked over the books. Sylus came behind me and whispered in my ear
  "Pick whatever you want and how many you like. I'll be paying."
  "Are you sure, Sylus? They are expensive."
  "Money's not a problem, kitten. Take whatever you want."
  He said, and I walked around the shelves of books. I picked a few books: 2 thrillers, 3 fantasy books, a trilogy, a history book, and a travel journal book. So I came back to Sylus with 7 books.
  "It's done. I want these."
  "That's all? I was expecting a lot more, not gonna lie. But let's go pay, kitten."
  He told me and we went to pay my books. After he paid for them, we went back outside, and I spotted a coffeshop across the road.
  "Can we get coffee, please? It's really cold."
  "Of course, sweetie. We can get coffee."
  He told me, and we crossed the road and went in the coffee shop. I ordered a medium latte, and he gets a dark coffee. We walked out, and as we walked, there was this guy that bumped into me and spilled his drink all over me.
  "I'm so sorry, miss, I wasn't looking,"
  The guy told me, but before I could actually say, even process it, I hear Sylus talk in an angry tone.
  "You better look where you're going next time."
  "I was talking to the lady.'
  The guy told Sylus.
  "And the lady is with me, so you better watch it, boy."
  Said Sylus as he put his hand around me and towered over the guy.
  "Hey, it's ok, Sylus. It's just a bit of water. It'll dry."
  I said, hoping to get them both to back up a bit and not cause a scene. The boy eventually nodded to me and kept walking, and I held Sylus back from going after him and probably causing a scene. A big one. I grabbed the collar of his jaket and pulled him down to my height.
  "Calm down. And don't be so damn snappy all the time, Sylus. It's just water, and I'm fine."
  "Take off the hoodie, now."
  He told me in a tone that left no room for disagreement. I took off my hoodie, leaving myself in only my shirt. He took off his jaket and put it on me. However, before I could actually tell him that I don't need it, he gave me a side eye. He took the hoodie, putting it in the big bag with books. And he took his coffee from me, drinking it in one go.
  "Well, that's fast."
  He only chuckled and took my hand, guiding me to the bike. I finished my coffee too, and threw away the container. I took my helmet and put it on, and with him help, again, I got on the back seat of the bike.
  It took us 10 minutes to get home. And when I looked at a clock, I saw it was 7 p.m.
  "You hungry, kitten?"
  "A bit, yes."
  "Well, let's go eat."
  He grabbed my hand, and we went to the dining room. To my surprise, there were 2 trays of food, already there, with 2 sandwiches for both of us and water. We ate, and then I took the books and told him I was tired.
  "Before you go kitten, tomorrow you start your training."
  "Alright then. Good night, Crow."
  "Sweet dreams, kitten."
  I walked inside my room and put the books away somewhere on the floor in a corner, and I went to the bathroom. After I was finished with my night routine, I changed I to my pyjamas. And went to bed
