As Taekook entered the park they took a sit on the bench and started eating their ice cream enjoying the cold brizz that passed by them. There was a comfortable silence between them which they were enjoying to their hearts content.

After sometime gathering some courage Kook decided to say what was in his mind since so many days.

Kook: Hubby...

Hearing the word Tae's heart skipped a beat like it always does while he turned towards Kook signaling he was listening.

Kook: A-actually I wanted to tell you something from so m-many days

Tae nodded asking Kook to continue while giving his full attention to Kook

Kook: Y-you kn-know on wedding day when y-you came when we go-t married t-that noona ac-actually no no when.....

Kook became a stuttering mess struggling hard to find correct words.

"shh shh" Tae put his empty ice cream cup away and took Kook's cup and put it at the corner of the bench.

Later he took Kook's palms in his and started rubbing his thumb at the back of Kook's hand in circular motion.

Tae: Hey Kook, you don't need to be nervous. Take your time and if you are not ready now, tell me later okay. There is no compulsion that you should tell me everything about yourself right now....Take your time..(Tae said in deep soothing voice which calmed Kook's nerves to an certain extent)

Kook: No I want to tell.... I want to give our relationship a serious chance...Not as friends but as partners and I want to start it with telling the truth ...

Tae's heart stopped from beating and then started to beat at 140 after hearing Kook wanted to give this relation a serious chance. A chance to this marriage. A chance to future with them together. A chance to him.

He gave a reassuring squeeze to Kook's palms telling him to continue and he was listening.

Kook: "Actually J-Jennie noona didn't wanted this marriage. She love Lisa noona, her classmate and best friend before they became g-girlfriends. She didn't wanted to marry you but mother was forcing her. So that's why I helped Jennie noona to run away on the wedding day with Lisa noona. They both love each other and both would have been heartbroken if that marriage would have happened that's why I helped them....A-and I'm still in contact with noona" (by then tears were running down Kook's face fearing about Tae's reaction) "I-I'm sorry. I know I should tell you this long time ago...I'm sorry I'm really sorry for not telling you please d-don't be angry....."

Kook was scared to look into Tae's eyes. He thought Tae must be thinking of him as a liar, that Tae wouldn't talk to him ever.

Then he felt Tae pulling his hands out of his grip making his heart pound in his chest...

He was thinking that tae will leave him, all the negative thoughts started to come into his mind. He didn't knew he was sobbing by then....

But then, he felt Tae cupping his face with his hand. His palms resting on Kook's cheeks while he wiped his tears with his thumb and lifted Kook's face. His dark onyx eyes met with Kooks brown doe onse.

Kook saw their was no hate or distant feelings in those dark orbs. The only emotions he could pin point were fondness, comfort, reassurance and something else he couldn't tell but it was not any negative emotion for sure.

"Hey, why are you crying! There is nothing to be crying about. It's alright..."

"B-but but"

"Shh there is nothing to be sorry about. I already guessed that Jennie didn't want to marry me."
