Scene: Christmas night at an internet cafe with a heavy thunderstorm, not a lot of people in this cafe but you are shown what seems to be a purple haired girl with a casual grey sweater and blue jeans. This is our Character mathgirl, writing diligently and punctilious into a small leather journal it reads
"Im writing this for case number:599502046923849730. Its been 10/23/24 since this case has opened up, the body was not found and little to no signs of a struggle was found, Chat logs were discovered and we believe the suspect to be... some thing. Previous cases, this path month the disappearance of Col have the same links as this case little to no signs of a struggle and similar chat logs, what struck as me as interesting is that this Ryan person likes to play with their victims... disturbing to say the least."
As math girl is writing in their journal the door opens and the small bell above it dings, mathgirls head jolts to the door and there they see a professionally dressed woman, purse on her side and walks over to the employee there with confidence. This is Inspector Mikayla
"white chocolate + lavender mocha." She says stoically, grabbing her coffee and sitting down in front of mathgirl
Mikayla, standing up straight and with a cold blooded face. "Your progress, Recruit?"
Mathgirl in a nervous voice turns their journal over to the inspector.
Mikayla, reading over it and looks plainly at mathgirl. "Sufficient. Continue your work as usual later, but now we are going to take a ride."
