Chapter 2

Interacting with the androids, or robots, Y/n didn't know what else to do with them, they either flirted with her each time she was getting used to the equipment and seeing the machinery at play before adjusting it to see how it was functioning.

Y/n reasoned with herself, remembering that it time for everything to adjust, it was either her impatience or the fact that they saw her as many other employees who fawn over them like the fans, but at least they were not as cutthroat as the fans since one show, and it was the first one for her to join them, they all stared at her like how she would back in her job, when she was similar to them in a way of seeing a position that was comfortable, the higher ups that were waited on hand and foot.

That resentment was the same, only this time, Y/n received it, Y/n got her taste of karma, it was a very humbling experience for her, seeing how she finally got what she wanted and instead of just having stability, she also gained envious resentment from 1010's fanbase. It was literally like a small dog being surrounded by coyotes that were just waiting for it to go outside so they could take it out.

At first Y/n was unsettled, more or less disturbed by how obsessed and near deranged the fans were, especially the fangirls upon seeing Y/n even close to the group. And Y/n was just shocked at how used Rin, Purl-Hew, Eloni, Zimelu, and Haym were, but they still kept their distance in their flying limousine.

While for Y/n, being paranoid as she knew how much of a psycho a majority of fans can be during this sort of 'introduction' phase, Y/n was literally in different disguises, so she could protect herself.

But there was a few upsides to having a job like keeping the androids up to date, a good pay, bonuses, and a special id that made Y/n have access to the other Charters, aka she could go around with the other artists. Which was a huge relief since it meant she could be away from 1010, and be a mechanic for all of the artists.

Dj Subatomic Supernova was a bit of a litterbug leaving those ice pop wrappers around, self centered and pretty dismissive of Y/n, though after some time, he was pretty cool though he talked to her about the stars and says how he was going to achieve being a sort of avatar for Earth.

Whatever that meant, though Y/n didn't mind since his place was a lot quieter, even if he blasts his music at times.

Sayu's digital space was surprising to say the least, mostly Sayu talking to her and a lot more enthusiastic to have someone around, Y/n favored her though it was a bit taxing to hear about love all the time, though what surprised Y/n was the fact that Sayu wrote fanfiction, of course she only knew after a period of time where the mermaid idol got to know Y/n.

Hanging around the kids that made Sayu were no different, the artist, Remi, seemed to enjoy showing off his artwork, the music one, Tila, loved to have another girl around and talked to Y/n while she was fascinated by how Y/n was able to do mechanics, the one who did the motion capture, Dodo, seemed to be a bit of a show off and shows his sword and flare for the coolness and calm persona, and the video editing one, Sofa seemed to be really chill, though very lax and just edit.

Though they all have a fondness for Y/n seeing how she was the only adult around that showed interest in them besides them bringing Sayu to life. They were a lot more pleasant than Y/n realized. A lot better than the boy band.

She didn't do much in Yinu's domain, only doing the lights and the stage and her mother was a nice lady once Y/n got to know her, she was really nice though she did seem a bit blinded by Yinu's fame, and Y/n talked her down back to reality as she knew that it must be a sort of issue.

Though besides being an NSR artist, Yinu was actually really passionate about playing the piano and music in general, while Y/n encouraged it though reminded her about taking a break once in a while.
